Operating System Reinstall
Computers slow down because of the abundant software, plugins, and adware installed on them over time. Viruses can cause damage to system files requiring a reinstall. I will back up all of your photos, documents, music, etc., erase your hard drive, and reinstall the operating system. Do not run "System Restore" on your own, it can delete your personal files and many times it will even fail and make things worse. I have well proven methods to reinstall with all the latest updates/service packs while saving your personal files. Many people say their PC runs faster than when it was new. Windows 7 Upgrade Advice
Call me for Windows 7 upgrade advice. I can help you before and after the decision to upgrade. I have already tested Windows 7 and like it. Windows 7 outperforms Windows Vista and will be a desired upgrade for many. Most current desktops are only 32-bit. 64-bit Windows option will be more common on new desktops with Windows 7. If you purchase a new desktop and want good performance, look for one with Windows 7, 64-Bit, a dual or quad core processor, and 4Gigs of RAM or more. If upgrading your current Vista or WinXP desktop, it may need other upgrades first, or maybe it is just too old. Call me for advice.
Migrating Files
Have you just purchased a new PC and need your files transfered off of your old one? I can transfer your documents, photos, music, and e-mail from your old one to your new computer. Even if your old PC does not run, I can sometimes recover the files. This service also includes a new Set-Up Tune-Up. I will remove the trial software, perform windows updates, and install a Free Anti-Virus.
Upgrades
Upgrades are a great way to extend the life of your machine for another few years without investing in a new computer. In most cases installing more memory, a faster CPU, a new hard drive, and/or a new video card can significantly speed up your system.

Jerry has many years of experience. He worked on my computer 2 hours remotely before I took it in for repairs/upgrading. Took time to explain all the repairs when I picked it up. Excellent service. Got exactly what I needed. Jerry is very easy to talk to and listens to your needs. He also works remotely, and managed to clean my 2 PC's (which had a lot of hidden "bad stuff") in about 3 hours of work. He only charged for the work done at the shop (SSD disk and graphics card installation). Can't go wrong.

The only other competitor that had the same high rating and amount of reviews wanted to charge more the twice what Jerry was asking. Furthermore, Jerry was much more professional, expedient, and knowledgeable on the subject. He went over the process, helped me select hardware for my upgrade, and even did some extra disk space cleanup and tweaking, which was beyond what I had taken my laptop to him for. Jerry will definitely be my to-go guy for any software or hardware needs in the future.

Shade tree computer repair out of his house. Won't take a check from another company that has done business with him in the past because he doesn't want to drive to the bank to deposit it per his words. Claims that he told me yesterday that he doesn't take checks which is not true. There are closer companies that do the same work that will take a company check.
Get with the times Jerry and get a bank that you can mobile deposit from your phone. Also don't knock on the door/ ring the door bell or his dog will apparently go crazy, real professional. Won't be doing business with Jerry again.

I was in a real bind and Jerry was "Johnny (Jerry) on the spot". He immediately helped diagnose my problem, fixed a few issues I had remotely before seeing him in person. I had dropped my laptop which would of cost me more to fix than to buy another one and I couldn't find anyone to help me transfer data as well as programs to another computer. He not only fixed it before promised, but he saved me a bunch of money. He has a wealth of computer knowledge and is very, very reasonable.

Jerry, did a great job fixing my computer. From the very beginning of our conversation, he knew exactly what was wrong with it, and was more than willing to fix the problem right away. He has great knowledge of computer viruses and how to combat them, but it was his willingness to help me at a moments notice, and then make sure that my computer was well secured after the fact, that really impressed me. Great service. Having problems with win 10 upgrade which I did not want. Tried to go back to win 7 and my computer froze up. Tried everything I knew, finally packed it up and went looking for help. Found SAPC Upgrades. He took my computer in overnight, reinstalled 10 properly, spent quite a bit of time educating me on 10. It is working perfectly and I am also happy with win 10. Thanks.

Jerry is wonderful. We have four computers and always took them to large repair stores and it takes so long for them to repair and the prices are huge. Took a computer to Jerry and he examined it while we were there. It turned out that the hard drive was failing and he had to replace it. He saved as much as he could from the old hard drive and put it on the new one at no extra charge.
He cleaned all the dust out. He has a flat rate and charges extra for anything he has to purchase. This computer runs faster than the day it was new. We are very pleased. This is definitely the place to go for PC repair.

Highly recommended! This guy is great! He took my gaming PC and in two days I got it back in better operating condition than it ever was and at a more than affordable price!! I looked almost everywhere for a reliable computer repair facility. I tried a private computer repair... nightmare. I also tried a PC repair department in a very large electronic store, which I won't name, but the techs were more confused than Ray Charles with a "Wheres Waldo" book and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money. They even made my PC worse. I expected much more from computer geeks. The Computer Repair Store is highly recommended. I will never go anywhere else for my PC issues.
