TTS Business Products

Having only recently discovered TTS, I am happy to know they are here. Not many places are interested in looking at a consumer grade machine for service, but TTS did. Although the machine could not be repaired, the bench fee for diagnostics was reasonable.

I'm not one to post a lot, however I wanted to make the effort to praise TTS business products for not only my Brother printer repair, but for the communication and swift process. Its a small company, which is nice as you speak to the owners. Frank who repaired my printer worked on it the same day for me and I had it back right away. I was happy with the diagnosis fee to repair. and when it was finished, he had cleaned up the glass and drum for me as well as a nice bonus.

I looked on line who was an authorized Brother repair, and was very happy to have found them. I live in Suffolk county and they are in Nassau, but I would go to no other if I ever had any other issues down the road. 5 out 5 stars from me :
