I was having technical problems with my computer for a week. Neither Microsoft nor Bestbuy could fix the issue. I left the computer with the crew at Computero and they fixed it within one hour. And they loaned me a laptop in the meantime. Very professional and efficient. Friendly staff who are great at what they do.

Very bad experience, I told the guy who works there what the problem is with my laptop and he said he is gonna fix it with the basic fee, after one hour, I came back, and he told me he is not sure if he fixes it but he still needs to charge me for spending his time on it, what a joke

I had left a previous review about 6 years ago. But I wanted to write an update. Frequently once you are considered a "customer" a vendors level of service drops off, you get taken for granted, etc. In Computero's case, it is quite the opposite. As they have built their team over the years, they have actually gotten better and better. Of all the many vendors we use, Computero is among the elite and most trusted.

When something does go wrong (as IT stuff does do on occasion) they truly do rise to the occasion. Day, night, weekends, they are always there to solve an issue, or give great guidance. No matter what, the Computero team makes our team at Balkan feel like a valued and important customer. Five stars for the Computero guys once again!

Computero is the best - fast, friendly and very helpful service. They keep our office network functioning and help us with everything that we need computer-related from network installation to troubleshooting issues to getting the right equipment. Came here a while back to get my laptop hinge fixed. Cost $200 and the replacement hinge broke after about 2 weeks. Also, they didn't replace all the screws in the laptop keyboard so it was loose after they "fixed it". The place was an absolute mess when I first went there, with computer parts all over the place so it's no wonder they lost screws for my laptop.

Partly my fault for not turning away right then and there. Anyway, went back again to show them their great craftsmanship and they wanted to charge me full price to repair the laptop hinge and keyboard again. UNBELIEVABLE! Don't waste your time on this place, go somewhere else. There's hundreds of computer repair stores in this entire city, don't waste your money on these guys.

They weren't able to fix my dead HDD, but service was excellent, honest and to the point. I will come back for other computer needs if necessary.

Computero is the mastermind behind the technological development of our new startup. All of our networking needs are easy-peasy and I never have to worry about a thing. As the founder of a startup, I have many people under my wing and the best thing is knowing that I can not only trust someone's ability, but that I can consistently rely on them. This has been the case since I hired Computero from the absolute beginning and I look forward to a very long business relationship with them.

I didn't wind up needing (or rather wanting) to take my computer in for diagnostics and repair but that's on me. The gentlemen I spoke with over the phone was patient and helpful beyond my expectations (Lenny?) and were I ever to have my computer serviced within the region this would be without hesitation my 1st choice.

Computero is great. As a home owner, there are quite a few things that I still have trouble figuring out on my own. I love the internet and what it allows me to create and do with my business however, I often need website support and other advice in terms of antivirus software and staying up to date on things. I am a freelance writer and that's what I'm good at. However, when it comes to the technical stuff, I give myself a break and call these guys.

My house was flooded after hurricane Sandy, destroying my computer and most of my networking equipment. These guys came out to my house, replaced the equipment that was damaged, and were thankfully able to recover the data from my desktop. Highly Recommended!

Computero has been a trusted and valued vendor of mine for a few years now. They are always available, prompt, and on-the-money with diagnosing problems and presenting solutions and upgrades. Dealing with an owner-operator who is also a local businessman has big advantages.

If I could rate 6 stars I would. This is the second time I've used Computero for computer repairs (two different systems) and the second time I've been absolutely blown away by the level of service. Besides being a hell of a nice guy, Bart is thorough, patient, and it's extremely evident that he cares about both the quality of his work and your satisfaction as a customer.

When it looked as though the laptop I brought in might need to be sent to Dell for warranty service he offered to take care of the process for me, saving me an enormous hassle. It proved to not even be necessary though as after continuing to investigate he was able to narrow my problem down to it's source and fix it in shop. I don't typically do reviews, but I believe that this place is really one in a million. I am a customer for life and would recommend Bart's services to anyone in a heartbeat.
