Allows the user to completely control and report census. Track the insurance the resident was on each day of any given month with the ability to edit history to ensure accuracy of the census. Transactions are stored so that you always have a complete history for each resident.

Contains a Document Management and Imaging system for storing either digital photographs or scanned images that can be stored in each employee's record. Allows for many report configurations which can be previewed on the screen, printed, saved to a file or exported into a spreadsheet or word processing application.

All reports can be displayed, printed, or exported to files. Basic Microsoft Office compatibility is assured and most reports have EXCEL exporting capabilities. Print the complete report or a range of pages. Ability to work in three fiscal years: prior, current, and future with either 12 or 13 fiscal periods.
