Sometimes an individual will stand out of the crowd. Doreen Medina is one of those individuals. Her professionalism and courtesy towards her customers is exceptional. Being in the military and having to access secure Department of Defense websites can be daunting. However Mrs. Medina had the ability and know withal to direct me to the correct certificates and assist me in my endeavors.
