Intel erected a temporary store for the weekend in New York's Meat Packing District to show off the latest tech gadgets. Our own Frank S. was there with camera in hand to get the lowdown on the latest Windows Ultrabook Portables.

Gave two stars because I did have one encounter that went as it should have but this last experience was it for me. Frank is rude and simply tries to cut corners with fixing your products opposed to being honest and just doing the job right. Lies to customers and will continue to do so unless they call him on it which shouldn't be how a business operates. Needless to say after bringing my computer to him twice for this last experience its still not working well (dare I say even having more issues than when I brought it to them)

I called and described my issue in detail and what I wanted to do, and what I was looking for in full detail.when I got out there which was over a hour drive I spoke to a different gentlemen who said the guy I spoke to was going to try to rip me off with a part I didn't need. Which mind you I already knew what I needed and what the part looks like.
I just thought I was getting a good deal.my computer was opened and taken apart and I was charged for something I never asked for. So my advice is research what you are looking for what the part looks like and research the cost and labor of installing it. Sorry to write this review but this is what happened to me

I give this company zero stars since they simply should not be in business. When my printer quit, I called this company and was told that a service person would be right out (I live only about fifteen minutes from the company). Five hours later, I called again and was told it would be just twenty minutes. Two hours later, the person finally appeared, took one look at my printer, said it was dead, hooked up an older printer which he happened to have with him, and said he would be back in two days with a brand new printer. That's the last I have seen of him.
It is two weeks later. I called after three days and was given a date for the delivery and installation - that came and went. In the meantime, I found another company, bought a new printer and had it installed. In the meantime, I have talked with other people in the area and heard similar tales of woe about dealing with this company. Do not use Insight Computer Center!
