Jonathan completely saved me. My computer crashed while trying to do zoom sessions with patients. I called him out of the blue and he told me to come right in. In fifteen minutes he took out my old hard drive and installed in a new computer and sent me on my way just in time to make to my next patient session. He quickly saw that the old computer was overheating and recognized there was no time to do a thorough assessment. It felt like he was a miracle worker.

Jonathan took absolutely amazing photos of my home, which truly captured the feeling and atmosphere of the property. Once listed, I showed the home 15 times in 6 days, got 3 offers and now we are closing soon. I used a web-based broker so I was able to fully control everything. Would not have had as much success without the photos! I highly recommend!

Jonathan sold my friend a used laptop for about $200 that he claimed would be super fast with a solid state hard drive, but the computer is the opposite of that. It is so slow it's practically worthless. In addition to that, the computer still has someone else's name embedded as a user, along with their files, so the hard drive was never wiped clean before he sold it. Jonathan is very slick with a salesman type personality, but at the same time he can be condescending and abrasive in his tone. This store is not recommended.

I called John mid morning with a question about my wife's laptop. He gave me a quote, stuck to that quote, and had the laptop back within hours of me dropping it off good as new. We will for sure be bringing any and all computer issues to John from this point forward. Skip all the BS at Apple or anywhere else. Great experience!

I would trust Jonathan with anything, a camera, a tape, a computer. He is efficient, considerate, loves dogs and knows what he's doing. In the end he could not solve my computer problem, which was not his fault. He charged me only for the parts he ordered. How good was that? I'm bringing him another computer today, and a camera. I'm sure he will fix this one. I'll keep you posted.

Been there on a couple of instances, One was to replace a power supply on a laptop. Another was where a laptop wouldn't boot and we couldn't get the unbacked up files we needed. Jonathan was able to resolve both and at very reasonable rates. Even though I have a couple of repair shops closer and miles and no tolls, I will always be going here!

Jonathan is definitely THE MAN! This guy is brilliant, he's always there when he's supposed to be, he's generous with his time and counsel, and his prices are most reasonable. I love the way he just plops down your machine and diagnoses the problem the minute you walk in and if he can fix it in a little time - usually the case - just does whatever it is then and there.
And if he does have to keep it, it's ready the same day. Sometimes, when it's something I should have known how to do myself but didn't, he hasn't even charged me! Just today, with a real emergency on my hands, Jonathan came through for me with no prior notice - again. How fortunate we are to have him in our little town! (BTW, the review by "Tom Johnson" (I doubt that's h/er real name), below, is simply not credible. Jonathan is nothing if not ethical, for one thing, and none of those things could ever have happened in his store.
In fact, the whole screed is garbage! It seems there are always (a very few, thankfully) people around who need to lie about others to make trouble where there isn't any - the old "skunk at the picnic" act.)

I went to Jonathan's Computers after I had spent $70 at another local computer store. They told me my computer was dead and I should just buy a new one. It was only three years old. Jonathan diagnosed it on the spot with a bad memory chip. He replaced the bad part and had me out the door in 15 minutes. My total cost was $65.
