I did some research when looking to resolve an issue that was outside of my mediocre troubleshooting skills for my business PC's. I found Microfocus and saw that it was well reviewed. I called up and left a voicemail. Phil responded within 2 hours and apologized for the delay even though I was happy to get a call back the same day. He came by to take a look and was able to diagnose and fix the issue I was having.

He quickly took care of the issue and did not overcharge. He let me know what the pricing would be beforehand and didn't charge a penny more. He was friendly and I no longer will have to worry when I have an IT issue for my business because Phil and Microfocus are my go to from now on.
