Repair vs Replace? At AA Discount Computer, we are not shy to suggest that you buy a new computer instead of fixing the old one you have when that is your best move. That seems odd coming from a company that makes its living fixing old machines. After all, if we suggest you replace your machine, we lose a potential service call.
If your machine is 1 to 3 years old, then it is probably still worth keeping and repairing. If your machine is 4,5 or more years old you might want to consider replacing your machine with a new custom computer. Are you fed up with the hassle of disassembling your PC and hauling it to a repair shop every time it needs service?only to wait a week or more to get it back?

Recently AA Discount Computer Services custom built me a computer. The computer is great. the level of services I received was great. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and professional in every way. When ever I have any issues they are always responsive and on time and very reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend them for any thing computer related.

Bill has been the computer support for my small business for over 6 years now. I found him on Google and have been able to rely on him ever since to respond quickly to all our computer issues. He has done periodic maintenance, virus repair, solved networking issues, and built us new machines that are superior to any we've owned prior.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this person, "Bill". He works from a basement and told me over the phone he could fix my laptop-"no problem". Quotes $85 over the phone, I was there 3 minutes, it was up to $150. I only had $92 in cash on me so he agreed to fix my problem. The most upsetting thing was that he neglected to ask me if there was anything on the computer that I wanted to save before his fix. Instead, he took control of my computer and erased all the videos of my late father's birthday party last summer.
He died 9-15-13. I can't tell you how terrible it feels to have someone erase your memories. I feel like he died all over again. On top of everything else- HE DIDN'T FIX The PROBLEM! I lost all my files and its still the same. Shame on you.
