Had a 2010 Apple imac 27 inch that apple would not fix anymore. Machine would not boot up. John was able to upgrade my machine to a much faster drive and also save all my data off the dying drive with a one day turn around time. Affordable price very responsive and know the issue exactly what it needed over the phone.

John is a rare example of an honest, punctual and reliable professional. My laptop crashed after spilling some liquid on it and John responded within minutes, picking up my device, taking the time to explain everything and I was back in operation at the very next day!. I called up to see if I could get my hard drive recovered and he was pretty much able to diagnose it as a no over the phone and that I had to send it out to a hard drive repair company. Honest and professional even though I didn't spend any money. This review is the least I could do, thanks again!

John did a very good job, I needed to copy files from a broken computer and he came to pick it up and returned after 2 hours and he did it all under the rain. In addition, he gave me my old hard drive as a back up for my back up and disposed of the old laptop without charging any extras, last time I had a back up done, it cost me more and I was without the computer for 2 days not to mention that I had to drive 20 minutes each way. I will never travel for my computer needs again, John is now my go to guy! Thank you

I cannot imagine finding a better computer repair person than John. He went above and beyond and the price was beyond fair. He picked up my two year old $1300 computer--that I was afraid needed to be junked because I had tried everything I could think of to get it back up and running but with no success--and within two days he had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and returned it to me at my home.

And he more than fixed it; in that he added some maintenance apps that helped me keep everything running smoothly going forward. My advice: don't waste your time looking elsewhere, call Computer Repairs Long Island and get your computer problems solved quickly at a fair cost.

Contacted John to repair our Macbook Pro. He not only fixed our laptop, he ended up fixing our desktop as well. I had a problem with my MacBook pro I was getting a white screen on my mac and it would not get past that. John came to my house and figured out the problem within seconds. He fixed the operating system and even upgraded me to a newer one. He also gave me software that I did not have and also transferred over all my important files and showed me how to back them up so I would never lose anything if this happened again.
