Place was good at first but screen wasn't put in correctly which resulted in me trying to fix it. Screen cracked after I tried to fix. All they want to give me is $25 off. That's a joke. I got a busy life with 4 kids so you can understand the little time I have to get back. They don't even stand behind their work. Zero stars.

The main computer for my business was fixed FAST! Had an EXTREMELY slow computer, turned out to be a bad hard drive. Bill accommodated my business hours and picked up the computer at the end of the business day and had it ready for pick up at his store early the next morning for pick up. They even came in two hours before their regular business hours for pick up. Great customer service, at a fair price.

It was a long drive to get there. Seeing them in group on thought it was a nice store and decide to drive there and got price coated in phone and got there and I was little bit late and the phone I was trying to fix samsung rear glass broken has no Samsung logo on it says, will order a new one come later I said ok and was trying to fix iphone also back broken I was coated a price and the shopkeeper order me a samsung logo one and give me price for both of my phone.
I came again after 3 days called in morning seeing if the item is there I got there said I will not be able to do iphone because it takes time but thanks the other shopkeeper did it I appreciated that. But when I came after hour to pick up the other person said me totally different price which is 55 bucks more than what i was told before. And the item is also not totally orginal it does has a samsung logo for samsung and apple for iphone but the quality for samsung was bad color is also not exact prism white like factory and the bottom says galaxy s10 where orginal ones doesn't says that and for iPhone also has assembled in California written in below the iPhone which it doesn't have. Long story short not a orginal parts and not honest but are very friendly.

After having cracked the display on my phone, I checked around and was referred to them. They quoted me a very reasonable price to fix it. There were some miscommunications at the beginning, but Nick reached out to me and went above and beyond to get my phone fixed, and they were true to their word. It's hard to get customer service these days, though many companies speak and pride themselves on it. Nick and his staff meet and exceed that challenge. I am more than happy with the treatment and service I received. Thank you Page Desk for proving that great service still exists. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used this company for a number of computer repairs. While I think expensive (remember I think anything more than free is expensive)., they did and delivered as promised. I wish I was smarter on things like this but until I am, I will continue to use this company. Fair, friendly, and easy to do business with.

The BEST customer service! Had a screen replaced for a very reasonable price. I also brought in a baby monitor camera that just needed to have the wire reconnected and I couldn't get to it without the proper tools and steady hand. He fixed both in 40 minutes and the camera took most of that time, which he did free of charge! I have already referred my mom for a computer clean-up and will continue to refer all my friends and family for their computer/electronic repair needs! They have a life long customer for going above and beyond. Many thanks.

Took my tab in for repair in Jan 2018, a week later received a call saying it was fixed and ready to pick up. In the same day I tried to use the tablet and the problem was still not fixed. Took my tablet back the next day. I called the next week wanting an update.no info give. Called the next week no info given. Went back to their office to get answers.no info given. Called 2 weeks later, was sent to voice mail.
This went on for 5 months. Last week in April I called the office, sent to voice mail and threaten to call the police if my device was not returned. no return phone call. Went to their office the next day and was told my device was broken beyond repair and was given a down graded tablet. I was upset and asked others opinion. Everyone told me no matter the state of my tablet, to retrieve it back. Went back next week asked for my tablet back and was told they were waiting on Samsung to contact them for my warrantee information, I did not authorize them to do this.
I threaten to call the police if they did not give me back my tablet. Once they finally found my tablet it was given to me without the back. I was told the back was broken.uhhhhh Got home charged the tablet. Guess what? It worked! I'm not sure what kind of establishment they are running, but something is not right with this company!

Walked in at 10:15 am, no appointment with a laptop that would not boot. I'm no stranger to fixing my own computers, but could not get this one to load. I spent a few hours on it, caved and decided to bring it here. Got a call a few hours later that it was done, updated, all drivers updated and ready. I was charged one hours labor.well worth my time. Would recommend!

I created a post on a local garage sale page looking for someone to fix my daughter's cracked iPad screen. Dakota from PageDesk was one of the first people to reply, and he told me that they beat any competitor's offer by 10%. We figured we had nothing to lose, since they were way closer to us than Orland, and it would cost less. I brought it in right before they closed for the evening on Wednesday and by Thursday, our repair was completed.
I was extremely impressed by the quality of the work, and I was very pleased with the turnaround time. I also really like that their work is guaranteed for the life of the device (except for user damage, which makes sense). They are wonderful people to talk to and I would trust them with any device I had problems with. In speaking with them about other electronics (like TV and computers), it is obvious that they are extremely knowledgable in their field. I will definitely be using them again when needed!

Don't take your iphone to Page Desk in New Lenox. It will VOID your warranty despite what they tell you! I had to go back with the same issue 3 times and now have a broken phone with a voided warranty. They want me to go back a fourth time to make it right. They have seriously wasted my time. Each time I was there it was well over an hour. They lie and have no clue what they are doing. The screen is a knock off and it doesn't even sit well. Its supposed to be flush to the phone but instead bows up. Do yourself a favor and go to apple!

Nick and Bill at Page Desk are life savers, my husbands computer wouldn't turn on Saturday and he had a huge presentation on Monday, they met me at the office Saturday afternoon and had the computer ready and fixed at 9 am Monday morning! They have also fixed my cracked phone screen and redid the work when they weren't completely satisfied with how the touch screen was working for me! They are professional, honest and a pleasure to work with!

On the 25th (after confirming I was in service range and price was acceptable) I scheduled an appointment via online form for service on the 30th. They were supposed to confirm via e-mail, but I didn't receive anything. So on the 29th I contacted them to confirm we were set for service the next day. Their response was "that I was not within their service range" even though the form clearly states I was in their service range and they accepted my credit card for that address. So, in conclusion, I can't speak to the quality of their work, but they have awful customer service.
All they had to do was any of the following: 1. Not advertise that they can service my zip code if they can't 2. Contact me ASAP and let me know their was a mistake and they can't help me. Instead, they did nothing and it set my project back a week.
