They are great to work with. They setup a server at our office and ran lines to all our desks so we can have our desktops connecting directly. They setup Wi-Fi that works much better than our old Wi-Fi and they recent came out to extend our Wi-Fi to a new area of our office and everything is working great. I would highly recommend them to any small business, they really took care of us!

I wasn't completely sure what was wrong with my computer, so I brought it in for a troubleshoot and sure enough they found out the problem and fixed it in a matter of hours for me. Not only that, but the prices they charge we're very reasonable. If I ever have any computer problems I'm not able to fix, I'll be making sure to come to Digital Solutions.

Digital Solutions is our IT go-to. They are a local company with friendly, professional, and responsive employees. Digital Solutions handles a wide range of services for our Medical Office. They support and maintain our phone system, manage our office and fax servers, and are just a call away for any day to day opportunities. They are even able to assist with our EMR system and work with them to resolve any issues. We purchase all our computer equipment from them at a great value. I highly recommend their team.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable - I have been using Digital Solutions since 2009. I have a laptop and a desktop. The computer service I was using prior never seemed to be able to correct the problem the first time around. With Digital Solutions, it's fixed the first time and usually within a few days. I would highly recommend them for any computer services that one may need! -Gerry F.

The camera stopped working on my laptop after I did a Microsoft update. I needed it that day for Google Hangout and Zoom meetings. As soon as I walked in the door, I was met by several workers. I explained my issue. They worked on it right away and fixed the problem. (Very friendly and knowledgeable staff)

Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I needed an external hard drive tested to determine if it was defective to validate warranty coverage. The test was done at no cost to me and a verification letter provided without asking. I have used the VHS to DVD transfer services previously and was pleased then also.

We had multiple problems with our current vendor. Things they said just didn't make sense, but what do we know. We're not the experts. We were referred to Digital Solutions from a friend and I'm glad we made the call for a 2nd opinion. They came in and fixed the problem that had been nagging us FOREVER!!! And explained why it was giving us a problem. It's been great since. I would highly recommend them for your business or home computer stuff.

I have a seven year old computer that had two "anti-virus" programs installed on me while I was online. These two "security" programs were actually malware. I could'nt remove them myself so I took my computer to Digital Solutions and explained the problem I was having. After two days a tech called and said the motherboard was bad and needed to be replaced ($250 with installation NOT including removing the malware).
I asked him if my motherboard was bad why could my computer still boot-up and open programs? He would go on to say the motherboard was not actually bad but it was.going bad. He said about four of the capacitors on the board were physically swollen and this would make the computer run slow. I had to call the owner (which already knew of the problem) and explain that all I wanted was the malware/virus to be removed and nothing else.
He kept insisting that it was the board and I did'nt have a virus problem. I had to explain to him about three times that I DID have a virus on my computer. After almost TWO WEEKS I got my computer back. I paid $135 to have them use Malwarebytes (a free malware program) to scan my computer twice (9/25 and 9/28/09) to remove the malware. To make a long story short (too late), I felt that I was being taken for a ride.
They wanted me to pour money into an old computer or buy a new one from them. And I also feel that since I did'nt follow their advice and get a new board, they dragged their feet removing the virus. Because I had to call them a week later to find out what was going on with my computer. I will never do business with this company again. My advice is to always back-up and keep the virus software up to date.
If you have to take your computer in for service, find out if there is any flat fees for diagnoses of the problem. These guys charged me $70 for basically telling me that my computer is old. It has been TWO YEARS later and my computer is still working fine with the original motherboard.
