Axiom computers was great to deal with. I had a corrupt computer and could not retrieve my files for work. I was up against some tough deadlines and was worried I had lost all of my work, which would have been disastrous. Axiom was able to retrieve my files, clean up the corrupted system all without loosing data. And best of all I was able to meet my deadlines thanks to the fast work of the owner and tech Norm. I highly recommend them.

I have dealt with Norm at Axiom for several years. In all of my dealings with him he has always gone above and beyond with his help, explanations and suggestions. I recently had a problem and because it was something Norm could deal with remotely rather than me bringing my computer into the store, his patience level with me was over the top. He called me back every time I left a message and walked me through each step.

In my experience, most places erase everything making me start all over, but Norm explained it didn't have to be that way every time. Sure, he took a little longer, but in the end I got it back just the way I left it, but faster and virus free.

They are a scam. They pretended to give me too much of a refund in the amount of $4,999 on my credit card and they wanted me to transfer the money back to them. The credit card company confirmed that they never gave me any money back.

Axiom has always been there when my family or business has ever needed computer work. Norm has never attempted to shoehorn me into anything I didn't need. A+ service! Thanks for all your help!

Wanted to charge me 160 for using windows recovery cd and to transfer all files, 80 bucks each, but i made it clear i am not paying 160, i told him i habe 80 and i just need windows to reboot normally. 80 is even over priced for transfering all my files, just for my windows to reboot normally again regardless of saving my personal files. How does it make sense to pay 160 for those services when i would have saved 10 bucks buying a new copy of windows 10 for $150. i agree with the rating below me, i feel like they're over priced just because business seems slow for them.

Guy tried charging me double for what everyone else gave me a quote for, store is always empty so i understand why the business might not be doing well but as a result expect to over pay and possibly get talked into paying for something you dont even need.

My wife kept several crucial files on an USB jump drive which she unfortunately banged and broke. Norm was able to cannibalize another USB drive and repair ours so that we could recover the files.
