Outstanding warranty service on my TV. They were quick in contacting me as soon as LG dispatched my warranty ticket to them. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. When my part came in, the technician Matt was prompt, professional, thorough, and friendly. If I ever have another need for repair of an item that CTS covers, I will absolutely call them. I had CTS dispatched to our facility by another vendor who was under contract for our printer repair. The main technician had left the company and they sent CTS in response to several IBM printer issues we were experiencing. I was very impressed with the quick response, very knowledgeable technician, and courteous service. SO impressed that at the end of 2020 when my contract expires with the present vendor, I will be going with CTS with any future issues.

Michelle and her team (dealt with Brendon and Nick.excellent!) stay on the problem until your satisfied and systems are running right. I would use CTS again without hesitation. My LG tv broke under warranty. LG worked with CTS to handle any warranty info and payment, and kept it very simple. Walter and Matt are great, realistic and easy to work with. Walter is very knowledgeable about TV's and was able to fix my LG tv quickly and efficiently. Very professional. Overall CTS showed urgency with fixing my unit. I highly recommend. The only negative is that they should extend their service hours, especially to weekends.

I had an issue with my Dell laptop related to the motherboard. They couldn't fix it anywhere else. CTS Services has been really professional since the very beginning pointing out the costs and time for delivery. I am currently working from the computer they fixed, so everything works fine. PROS: highly professional and outstanding service CONS: cost for repair too high ($90 to check, $310.00 to fix, $45 for the delivery in Newton - MA). If you want your pc back I highly recommend CTS Services.
