I wish I could give this man 0 stars. He claimed to have cleaned the inside of my laptop so that liquid damage wouldn't be detected. Not only did Asus still deny my warranty, they denied it menage of obvious marks (visible as soon as you open the bottom) the ones he said he cleaned. He then lied to me and said "there must have been more under the motherboard" NOPE the photos from Asus were all in plain sight without removing anything.
He continued to lie about the work he did and claimed he "knocked off $100" which is BS because I paid $50 and there's NO WAY the work he claimed to have done would be worth $150. Granted, I'm aware the initial damage was not his fault, not mine either (it was a freak accident). But he felt the need to lie and take my money for doing practically nothing.
Look at the photos and try to tell me he cleaned it even a little bit. He is a bad businessman and his customer service skills suck. Go elsewhere for computer repair. Let this guy go out of business.

As a busy student who can't afford to have her computer go on the fritz for any length of time I am so happy to have found Computer Rescue. I have used this shop in the past and the service was very quick. Just recently I was sure my computer was dead. He did too. But then I got a call from him telling me that he could revive it with my permission.
Since it was finals time and I was going nuts trying to think of how I was going to replace it in a hurry and get all my work done, I said "yes, go for it." He cleaned it, saved my important work and I had it back in a couple of days time. I can't tell the stress relief that occurred! I reccommend Computer Rescue highly. Oh, and his prices are reasonable.
