After having tried to contact the store via email I decided to call and see why they were not responding. I had emailed them originally considering the store was closed when I intitially began having problems. An employee answered the phone-mostly consisting of one word answers and then when asked if he had received any of the countless emails sent weeks before responded with a very long and unintelligent "uhhhhhhh.
I deleted it." I'm assuming "it" is referring to the Multiple emails sent. So tell me this? What is the point of a Computer Service Company if they can't/won't/ operate an e-mail. I'm all set with this place.
