He is able to explain problems and solutions in a way that is understandable. He has a full knowledge of how a computer works, software and hardware. I am not a young woman.

David did a very good job transferring the contents of our old computer to our new one. He cleaned up all the old files and helped us organize our new machine. And since then I have become a snowbird you know back and forth to MA & FL and when in Florida if any problem arises he connects and fixes!
