Went here for a keyboard replacement for laptop. Staff was great and thorough. Replacement part was there in a day or two. Repair was quick and now I have a fully functioning keyboard! Thank you!

Although they did not repair my laptop, because of the cost of a new motherboard; they were conscientious and quick to the diagnosis. They definitely know what they are doing. For complicated issues, I would recommend their services.

Chris McManus and his team are a wonderful part of this community. They are extremely personable, knowledgeable about fixing computers and fairly priced. More than one occasion I went into the shop thinking I needed a repair that was going to be hundreds of dollars and it only cost a few bucks and was quickly fixed. Another time I went in with. an iPad because it went dark and all it needed was to be charged for a long period of time.

They charged me nothing for that. That was after I went into the Apple store and the Apple sales people told me it couldn't be fixed and tried to get me to buy another $500 iPad. If you have a computer issue, don't waste time fixing it on your own. Chris and the gang are so good and fairly priced they make it a no brainer to bring your computer issues to them.

Over the past couple of years, I have used Peggnet twice to take care of nagging problems on my desktop. In both cases, they sent a technician to my home and put me back in business within an hour. I was particularly impressed the first time they came when I was quite desperate and they put me in front of others in their queue.

I have used Peggnet many times to remove viruses and spyware off my computer and they have always done a great job at a reasonable price. They always call to explain the issue, and the steps they will need to take to fix the problem. One time my son, who was at college, was having trouble with his laptop. Peggnet was able to help him resolve the issue remotely. I highly recommend PeggNet.

Peggnet transferred some old videos to DVDs for me a few years back. They just fixed my computer which is being picked up now. I didn't expect it that quickly. But they worked on it and I am so grateful to have it back in time to complete a few projects. Thank you to a wonderful tech staff.

I brought my laptop to them in May and they said it was riddled with viruses so did a system wipe and put their antiviral ware on it. Within 1 month it started having issues again, when I brought it back they said there were about 30 viruses on it and they would need to do a systems wipe on it, which I had to remind them they had just done. When I asked if I got a discount since their antiviral program was on it they came back with a 10%.

I will now take the computer elsewhere and would not recommend them to anyone. After seeing this post the manager called to explain their reasoning and policies and offered to help more with my situation. I appreciated the call and just wish it had been last week when I was having the issues.

Talk about knowledge, service and great customer service and you are talking about Peggnet. I have used them several times for all sorts of things. They saved two of my laptops for hard drive meltdowns. They mirrored a drive for me when I needed to increase the hard drive on my home computer. They transferred a bunch of my old video tapes to DVD. They even sold me and installed for me an Automower and helped me any time it had any troubles.

They staff is always smiling and ready help. They seem to know everything about computers, from the smallest, to the largest servers. It is wonderful to find all of this in downtown Mendham. I highly recommend them.
