Great service and as honest as could be. On several occasions their recommendations were to replace an item I thought should be fixed. They even take the time to explain why they give that recommendation. Honest business that will have me as a customer for a very long time.

Awesome experience. 10/10. Never ran into serious pc issues before, but today I did and Daryl was able to diagnose my issue and offer a solution same day. From drop off to pick up was only a couple of hours and my computer is up and running.

Used this guy for years, recently brought a chromebook in to put new windows and download itunes. He had this computer for almost 2 months before it was "ready". Every time I called it wasn't done yet and finally after 6 phone calls and 7 weeks later I was called and told it was ready, to come get it. Went to pick up and there were unfinished jobs all over this place.

While I was there he received a call from another customer looking for their computer/printer that has been there for a long time and the customer wanting it back (which he then complained TO ME about this customer looking for their computer). Job Status: itunes was not downloaded; 7 1/2 weeks and the job was still NOT done, was WAITING there for 20 minutes for itunes to download. Told him I would pick up the following week bc I had food in the car. after him telling me to wait even longer, how its "almost done" I lost my cool.

Don't tell me something is ready and then make me wait even longer for it! Terrible service, I will never go back. Tip: Don't complain about your customers to other other customers and finish the job!

I would highly recommend Daryl to anyone who needs their computer repaired! He's very competent and persistent. My computer had multiple problems, but through Daryl's determination he was able to fix them. His prices are quite reasonable and his friendly demeanor is certainly a positive for any customer.

Ordered a custom fightstick, and needed help with 2 parts. The wire harness for the joystick came with a 5 pin connector and was incompatible with a korean lever. I brought quick connects/disconnects, and he crimped them, and then soldered them to the joystick. The 2nd part, was that there was only 1 ground wire for the joystick. He split the ground wire into 4, and then we attached them to the stick. They provided fast service, and voila, the finished product stands on its own.

Great responsiveness and hugely helpful! Daryl has a real "from the community & in the community to help the community" mindset. He was incredibly helpful and patient, willing to try multiple techniques and discuss the issues and experience, instead of just pronouncements or dismissal of a small job. I'll be back for our next technology assistance needs--help really is better hands-on.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but to be honest this place is legit. The owner is the nicest person ever and is set on giving you exactly what you need. Yes, the price is a little steep ($150 to fix my macbook) but he was so helpful. I let him know that i needed it for work and he fixed it within 3 days. He even gave me one of the parts i needed for free! This guy is so friendly and understands computers VERY well. would definitely recommend.
