They are life savers! I had a PC I built around a year ago and couldn't necessarily find the problem on my own with the OS not installing correctly and randomly restarting, I was even worried that my graphics card or hard drives were in trouble. I went to the shop to see what's up, they figured out it was either the motherboard or CPU. It'd be more convenient that they have the parts to test out both the CPU and motherboard since they didn't have anything for those at the moment, as well as the thermal paste I asked for wasn't in stock. Overall this place is really good and I'd recommend it if there's any problems with your computer.

I brought my old and new Dell computer to Cyber Knight to have my data tranferred. Dennis suggested cloning as an effective way to minimize the new learning I would have to do to comfortably use my new desktop. He has mastered this art and the process was completed seamlessly. During the 3 days he worked on my computer, he called several times to update me on the progress and ask any necessary questions.

The outcome is spectacular. I am SO very happy with his work, his availability for answering questions and concerns along the way and afterwards, and the cost of this process. I highly recommend Cyber Knight for any computer work you require. I will be using them unconditionally for all future computer work and recommending them highly to everyone else I know.

My 5 year old laptop screen just went black. I dropped it off Sunday for a diagnostic and the problem was with the software. They promptly called me Monday and clearly explained the problem and the cost to fix it. It was ready Monday afternoon for pick up. Fast, efficient and fair company to deal with. Thank Goodness there are still local merchants to turn to, so we can leave those big box stores behind, and get the personal service we need. That is what I got at Cyber Knight Computers. Great group of guys, Mike and Dennis are some knock out fellows. Brought in a graphics card that stopped posting for them to check out. The service fee was fairly priced, and after two days they called me back letting me know the card was fried! why the smile? Because when I got the call Dennis sounded sincere and upset for an item that was not his. That couldn't be fixed. Which means I found my new computer store! Oh yes and if you're a Veteran, go here. We all make mistakes sometimes and I made a pretty big one with my PC, but at no point was I ever made to feel embarrassed or dumb. Some anxiety is inevitable when going for any repairs no matter what the item is because you feel like you're going to be harshly judged. Here, I found nothing but compassion and people that were on my side to do the best they can to find a solution. They did and I am very grateful.
