This place is horrible. Their services are expensive for no reason. Many places take no fee for diagnostic test. But they took $85 for a diagnosis which was like few minutes work. They try to compare prices with best buy and yet the work to be done is cheaper in many locations. I don't know why they charge huge prices for little work. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.

I thought my phone was hopeless! My screen was shattered and had lots of water damage but Manassas Computer Repair to the rescue! Ken was friendly and knowledgeable! Service was fast and my phone looks & works brand new! Thanks guys!

I've visited these guys 2 times now and on each visit they have been helpful, straightforward, and respectful which I very much appreciate! I'll be coming back in the next month for some more in-depth assistance, when I can find the time to get out their way again. They make me excited to seek help on tech issues - that should tell you all you need to know!

I brought in my macbook that recently had water spilled on it. I came in hoping to just get an estimate on how much itll be to. I knew that they would have to open it up and then let me know, Ken told me it would be free. Anyways 3 days later i called to ask for an update, he told me the motherboard needed to be repaired and or swapped. Understandable, but when i decided not to go through the repair he charged me an 85$ diagnostic fee.

Wish I knew that before I agreed to anything. UPDATE 12/20/21 The owner replied and said he went over the details of the repair, and he did, but at no point did he ever mention an $85 diagnostic fee. He told me it was a "free estimate" after I asked him explicitly if I had to pay for it. Instead of owning up to this he just wants to lie, I'm not upset about being charged for labor, I'm upset he lied and said it would be free.

A few details I left out, He said it would be 24-48 hours max to get back to me. I waited 3 days and I called, he did not call nor did anyone else call. Not only that but when I called, the lady that answered told me there were ***no details*** of the repair that she can see (I guess they have a database of repairs). SOO I'm not even sure if they opened it at all.

The review is critical for professionalism, Ken. You weren't being a professional when you started ranting about Joe Biden, nor when you promised things and went back on them.

If I could, I would give this place 10 stars! I brought in my old pc which still had a motherboard, cpu and liquid cooler (which was riveted into place by the manufacturer) from 2013. After a failed attempt to upgrade my pc on my own and being unable to restart it when I put the old parts back in I turned to this shop. Not only were they professional and polite but they did everything in their power to ensure I was getting the best deal out of my upgrade for the best price.

After a very good price and a small wait I now have a monster pc that will last me for a good time. Can't thank this shop enough for their incredible work and dedication and highly recommend you check them out should you have any pc issues!

This place Ken's Computers (Manassas Computer Repair) in Manassas is so disgraceful.first they allowed me to pay $200 to have a "d" key replaced which lead to my entire keyboard needing to be replaced which than lead to my circuit board, and so on.he even had the nerve to tell me that I never paid in advance (lucky for me I saved the files) and before it was all said and done my laptop was ruined and all of the contents of my hard drive were gone after he promised me that he would back it up and save it for me.

On top of that I had another laptop (that my sister who had recently killed herself) that he promised he would gain access to free of charge. Well 2 years later he offered me a consultation laptop similar to my original and then told me to get out of his store when I asked him to keep his word about gaining access to my dead sisters laptop. He wanted me to pay $150 after telling me it would be tacked on to what I had already paid. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Ken is a terrible human being and I will make it my life mission to make manassas aware of his operation. I lost all of the videos and pictures of my mother and father that had passed away and he laughed at me. I called every day for a month and to no avail.

I went with a dead computer and a two day deadline. They extract the info quick and efficiently. solved my problem. Good communication. Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable people. 100% Highly recommended. Thanks.

The staff is pretty friendly but they have had my Macbook for 8 months and since I dropped it off there has had nothing but problems. I paid $300.00 to have one key replaced but for whatever reason they had to keep it for 3 months without word (while I had Covid) only to ship it out to some unknown location and I waited in anticipation only to find out that now my sound doesn't work.what do you mean the sound doesn't work?

I sent my laptop in for a key repair.and everytime I call to check the status of my they tell me that they will call me in "3 hours".its ALWAYS "3 hours" but they never call me.as I said the staff is pretty friendly but this is ridiculous. Oh and did I tell you that when I just called this afternoon they tried to talk me out of an apple computer and tried to sell me a PC?

Sell me? A PC? What is going on? My father bought me that laptop before he passed and its very important to me but to them its just an arbitrary piece of electronic machinery. [UPDATE-10/29/2021] I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED & WHEN MY SISTER CALLED SHE WAS TOLD BY KEN THAT HE HAD NO RECORDS OF ME MAKING A PAYMENT.WELL, HERE ARE THE BANK STATEMENTS.

They have fixed all of my cell phones at a great price, always efficient and the upmost, amazing customer service! They also built an awesome computer for my son for his gaming needs!

I have a really old computer I was in the process of updating. I bought an item here that was most likely not compatible with my old system so i had to return it. Staff was very understanding and professional. I would definitely shop here again

This used to be one of the best places around, but has plummeted way down hill over the past five years. The main issue with this computer shop is that they are not honest with repairs, sell substandard equipment, and will not respond or reply to followup questions or problems. Over my past three visits there were several issues with computer parts not working correctly after installation and the shop staff would not return my phone calls or answer emails about the issues.

I was finally able to get an appointment, but when I arrived they had closed the store that day even after telling me specifically they would be open - 30 mile drive for nothing. Avoid this store!

I took my laptop to a big box store and they told me they would have to ship it out and maybe they could fix it so I took it to Manassas computers and they were able to fix it in three days fully restored at a great price. I would 100% recommend them over any other potential company. They saved my entire business and my PhD dissertation.

Great people, nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. My husband's laptop conked out, and he needed help with it. They replaced the hard drive and helped him out by restoring what data they could. We had to return because there was an issue with accessing our network. They once again were able to analyze and provide a solution. I highly recommend this business and the wonderful people working there
