My computer was damaged during a recent electrical storm, and in a panic I turned to Convenient Computer Repair for help. Mr. Hancock could have strung me along and gotten a lot of money out of me to replace the parts in a fried system, but instead, after diagnosing the issue, he recommended that I replace the entire system and wrote a letter detailing the damage for my insurance company. Mr. Hancock is very professional and gives quality service to his customers.
It's rare to find honesty in the world today, and I'm very grateful that I was able to find that in Mr. Hancock. If I need further computer support, I won't hesitate to call him again.

Lyndon is truly a pro at his craft, he is very knowledgeable & explained the issue with my laptop thoroughly so I never felt like I didn't know what was next in the process. Lyndon was extremely professional as well helpful. He was able to explain the issue going on with my laptop & what to do moving for to ensure the issue did reoccur. 5/5 stars & I would definitely recommend him to my family/friends that have any type of computer issues. Will definitely return to him in the future.

Our Computer recently died. It would not come on and it was beeping. We were sure that we would have to purchase a new one and that we had lost all of our files. We called Convenient Computer Repair to see if they could save it. The technician was on time for the appointment. He diagnosed the problem and said that the memory was bad and that he had the part on his truck.
He installed the new part and PC came on is working like a charm. It even seems faster. I will recommend this comany to my family and friends because the repair was completed the same day and the fellow was knowledgeable and did not talk over my head when explaing the problem. He also was reasonable with his rate. I am a Satisfied Customer
