4th Dimension Computer

Technician came out to diagnose why my computer did not recognize a printer that I had been using (that combination) for about 2 years. He found and corrected the problem and am able to print documents again. 4th Dimension will be my first call for any puter issues. 3 months later. Well, I had to go to 4th Dimension computer to pick up a new computer that my brother had them build. Garnet hooked it it up and I was impressed with how fast it booted up and that they had transfered his data from old to new.

That changed my mind and had them build one for me as well. Garnet also suggested adding an anti malware program and also said that with Windows an anti virus program is not that necessary. Brought it home and hooked it up but I had some download issues which were out of my field of expertise so Russel came over and made everything work in a matter of minutes.

These people at 4th Dimension are great and do an excellent/ outstanding job. There is no other company I will go to. Their tech support is far superior to online support. Well worth the money!

Please start carrying more thermal products, especially given their shelf life. No liquid metal of any type, two thermal compound options and neither with very great wattage. No thermal pads and no K5. These all have extensive shelf life and even if purchased in single quantity for the one off buyer, it'd cannabalize traffic from Amazon and further the puck long term.

Our computer was dropped off 3 days ago and they did not call us to pick it up till Thursday. They said it was working all night yesterday. So for $50. We took it home to discover nothing was done. It still had the same issues.

I went in and asked about getting a wifi controller over a 10days ago. Gave them all my computer specs and info. No responce as to availability or updates. I have no idea if they are working on it or not. I bought one online instead. I wanted to shop local so I gave them a chance.

Helpful owner assisted us in getting a refurbished laptop that works. Friendly and helpful.

I went in with my laptop for what should have been a quick and easy fix. My laptop chose this day to be very difficult. Mr. Isaacson was very patient and did not get frustrated. Stopped working on all other computers and focused solely on mine. He stayed over about 45 minutes to continue working on my computer. At the end of it he charged me just a counter call cost. it was around $28.

For all the work he did he no doubt could've got a lot more. I have always been a fourth dimension customer, but this is the first time I have left a review. The customer service and I was given last night was by far the best I have ever received there.

This place is great. It's locally owned by a veteran. Friendly professional service! My computer monitor broke and I needed something quickly and didn't really have time to shop around for what I want. They recommended a used monitor. It looks and works like new and I got it at a fantastic price. I highly recommend 4th dimension computers.

Great little shop! Great prices and friendly staff. I'm an experienced system builder and needed a couple parts that I found quickly and were well priced. Definitely a great alternative to online shopping and brings back very fond memories of visiting my local computer shop!

My 1st time to 4th Dimension Computers at their new location on Pacific Ave & Fones Rd in the Olympia Square Location. I've bought many parts & computers from them over the last 16 +years but my last visit I must say they went above & beyond to get one of my computers back online. Jeff their star Tech offered a quick easy fix but also recommended an inexpensive upgrade that did wonders for the operation & speed of that computer. They are always busey & have a waiting list but managed to get this handle in short order. Thanks
