Needing to get some work done this weekend, I came into the office to find that our server had crashed. We have a contract with PC Technologies but they work Monday through Friday. I called and left a voicemail anyway, and then found that we had a business card with the cell phone of president (Jeff Seemon). I called and he said he'd be over in 10 minutes.
After I got off the phone with Jeff, Evan (another PC Tech employee) called to say he had logged onto our server remotely to see that it was down. They are the best. Jeff was able to get it rebooted despite it having a critical "Internal CPU Failure" code. So this will manage for awhile and we will be getting a new SSD server soon. But I need to give a huge shout-out to Jeff, Evan, and everyone at PC Technologies. They are life savers! If you own a local business and need IT support, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
