Liberty Computer Services is headed by owner Joseph Masso. His education contains many of the industries credentials including A+, Network+, I-Net+, Security+ and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. We have been in business since 2004 and had our storefront service center open in 2005. Liberty Computer Services is a member of the Danbury Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Association Of Computer Repair Business owners. In addition to computers, Joseph has been actively involved in the Dodgingtown Fire Department since 2000.

Computer Recycling Report

Liberty Computer Services accepts all unwanted electronics for recycling free of charge. We work with several electronics recycling companys that allow us to safely dispose of them to mimimize landfill waste.

Critical:Responsiveness I called their phone number during the hours their website indicates they are open. No one answered. I left a clear voicemail specifying what I was looking to have done to a laptop, along with a clearly stated name and call back number. They never called me back.

Called with an issue in the morning. Went through what was happening on the phone and they were pretty sure of the issue. Dropped of our computer at about 11 and everything was fixed by 3. Fast, professional, courteous and reasonable priced. Plus a one year warranty on the work. Can't ask for much more.
