The owner Kent gave me an attitude and was extreamly unprofessional today as I returned after 2 years thinking he was changed but I was wrong. He never changed. He calls himself a computer tech where he could not even explain what a CPU actually is, instead said it is a carberator processor unit. I corrected him in saying it is a central processing unit and he swore at me and threatened me with coursing and through a screw from a part of a pc at me hitting my head and almost hitting my eye.
The very sick and mad individual he is and he should be shut down for the past things he has done to others. Examples: Locking a poor woman in the store for asking for her printer back simply due to him not fixing it right and she was unsatisfied and did not get it back but instead Kent broke her printer and locked her inside for an hour according to police reports and hit her.
He has been charged and pending cases against him are still pending. Among other things like this he has also committed Microsoft fraud by copying unauthorized windows and putting unofficial windows and unactivated windows on laptops and desktops and charges more for that which some laptops he has are more than 12 years old and worth $12.00 and he charges $400.00 for the thing.
In the long run, DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT. I give him the lowest rating for the lowest customer service in town. I hope he gets shut down. Also, he had a gas propane smell in the shop as well which indicated a gas leak somewhere and made me dizzy from the fumes in which a violation itself.

The owner is a crook. I had to call the police for a simple refund that I wanted back. I was nice and friendly while the Owner John threatened and yelled and did not know so called about the tablet he had sold, and he calls himself a pc repair guy when he does not even know what an android update is. He used profanity to me then I called the police to deal with this. Eventually I finally got him to write a check with police their. Also his reviews are not updated and from his friends not actual costumers he admitted.
