We ordered shirts from Sand Tech for a bachelorette party and sent an inspiration photo! Sand Tech creating super cute shirts that looked exactly how we wanted them. The colors were perfect, and the retro font matched exactly what we were going for. This shirts are super high quality and we have washed them multiple times and they are still perfect. The staff is so friendly and professional, we loved working with them!

DO NOT GO HERE! Came here to get a replacement for the home row of my laptop and left with multiple scratches all across the case of the laptop. Employee is super rude and tried to say that it was there before. Finally she agrees to order a new case and fix it for free. Okay great. Well she ends up ordering the WRONG CASE. She orders a new one and I leave.
Now 2 months after I originally came to get it fixed and its the wrong case AGAIN! After complaining the OWNER says he'll throw out my computer if I say anything else. Finally they agree to order a new cover. I drop it off and was told it would be ready around 4. I show up at 4:30 and they are CLOSED. Hours say they close at 6! Finally after around 30 calls I get the owner and he says come back tomorrow and HANGS UP MID SENTENCE as I was talking to him.
I show up the next day and they replaced it with a used and scratched cover! After I told them that was not okay! Finally I just ask for my original cover back and he REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME! He said he's gonna sell it! Finally he banned me from the store for complaining! Had to have the police involved! DO NOT GO HERE!

Bad customer service. I dropped my IPad off for a screen replacement told it would take 2-3 days. I called and asked 2 days later is it possible it's done because I was going away and hoped to bring the IPad with me. No problem they said it wasn't done bc it has to dry.okay no big deal. I let them know I'll be back in a week and I'd pick it up then.
I was told yes no problem it'd be done then. A week later I show up to pick up my fixed IPad and it was never looked at! No explanation no nothing no one that does the work was even there so I could ask what the hold up was! Not acceptable at all. I took my IPad back and brought it somewhere else and saved money in the end.

I recently bought a new computer, and everyone at the store was terrific! They were all so helpful in helping with the choice, and transferring the data from my Mac (which I hated). The best part--my new computer began to freeze up after less than a week. I called and was told to bring it it. While I was right there, a call was made and a new one was delivered a few days later! No questions, no problems!
