Our highly-skilled technicians manage, monitor, and control your business's IT needs directly from our facility in St. Tammany Parish. You can rest assured knowing that your IT outsourcing comes from established, local, and expert professionals.
If you have an emergency outside of normal business hours, please call 985-626-7900 and choose Option 2. If you do not reach a representative, leave a voicemail and someone will return your call. After hour rates will apply. All fields with (*) are required to submit your request. For non-contract customers: The hourly rate is $125 per hour with a half-hour minimum for remote support and a one-hour minimum for on-site support. If this is your first support request with Microland Computer Center, payment will be due upon completion of the ticket.

We trust Microland Computers with everything I.T. Our network has never performed better than after we asked Microland for help. We were dealing with outages and network failures on a weekly basis which is productivity killer. That is until their team came in and installed the right equipment and configuration. Microland's support has made a huge difference for our company. As a web marketing agency, it is imperative that we have fast, reliable internet for more than a dozen machines at any given time.
