This place doesn't exit anymore, there's another business that's been operating for about two years.

This company did a fantastic job setting up the server for our firm. I was really impressed with Jeff's ability to work with me to find the right product and solution. Now our firm has the ability to work remotely, do Revit work-share (an architecture program), and backup everything to Google Drive.

Very experienced folks that know what they're doing and they explain what the problems see with whatever devivd you being then. I recommend going here if you have any ptoblpro

We were devastated when the hard drive of our old MacBook Pro crashed and we couldn't access any of our files and pictures. After searching online and reading about this company in their website, we figured it was worth a shot. They're services description was very detailed, and seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. After talking to Ryan, we decided to bring our laptop in to see what they could do.

After dropping it off on a Wednesday, they had all of our files moved over to a 1T external hard drive that we purchased directly from them by Thursday. Quick, easy, friendly, great service and a great deal, we totally recommend this company and would use them again.

FANTASTIC company! When my macpowerbook laptop crashed with TWELVE years of work and church files on it, I was told by an 'expert' who is the NOLA Public School's chief computer person that almost nothing was salvagable (and he charged me $180 for a few files) I then took it to Ryan at C4 Tech and Design. he was able to recover nearly every single file AND applications AND images on the hard drive--and in the same folders that they were found in originally!

These guys are legit. I recently had a power surge in my apartment and bricked a 2 TB hard drive from 2010. These guys were able to recover 99% of the data from it. $200 well spent!

I went to another computer repair store uptown this morning and the repair person told me that my keyboard replacement for my laptop was too complicated for him. So, I called C4 and they told me to come in. Ryan was friendly, professional and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. He told me exactly what they would do and what it would cost.

They called me a few hours later and returned by computer to me repaired and in excellent condition. The job was completed quicker than expected and the bill was also less than expected. I will certainly return to C4. I highly recommend using them.

Not recommended. Don't take your mac to this place unless you want to pay astronomical prices for something that keeps breaking and to get blamed for it.

I took my MacBook to them after it froze and no longer recognized my hard drive. C4 repaired it quickly (turn around time about a day), so that it would boot up, but I only had it home for about an hour before it was back to the same problem. So, I headed back to C4 and they took my computer again. This time they determined the underlying cause for the error: a connecting cable.

They ordered the new part and installed it for about $80 total (this is after paying them the deposit and about $40 for the first repair). Their service was courteous and prompt for the most part, but it was annoying that they didn't figure out what was actually wrong with my computer the first time and I had to make a second trip days after the first.

Excellent service! I went in with a charging issue unsure if it was the computer or charger and a nice man helped me out. In about 10 minutes I was out the door. It was my cord that wasn't working so he dug up another one they happened to have in back and sold it to me for $10. It saved me a bunch of hassle going to buy one somewhere else. Quick, friendly, efficient and the guy had a sweet stache!

C4 is absolutely the best! They have always provided Suneva Webcasting LLC with the fastest service possible and have gone out of their way to make sure our company computer was equipped for the job. Thanks C4 Tech! Keep up the good work, we appreciate ya'!

We've worked with C4Tech since we moved in down the street from them almost 2 years ago. They've given us great service when helping with wireless network outages, dealing with the horrendous support of AT&T, setting up servers and answering any random questions we might have. The guys (and girl!) at C4Tech are great at what they do and are easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy people to take your sick computer to. I really appreciated their no nonsense advice on what to do with my decrepit laptop.

Have just use C$ Tech again and again excellent on help and information and speed. West was a great help and knows what he is doing. I rely on them for my business. Invaluable 7/19/12. I have used C4 tech on multiple occasions over the last few years, since they opened on Oak and have never had a bad experience. I was recommending them when I read some of the worse reviews here and felt that I should give my good review. Everyone has an off day, but I have not experienced one with C4 tech. I am glad they are there for me when I have problems, and would recommend them.

Great service. Terrific price. Fixed my DELL laptop problem of migrating old hard drive data to new hard drive without having to reinstall email accounts, software and printer drivers. C4 did what Best Buy, Rent-A-Nerd and Computer Geeks said could not be done. My problem started when DELL replaced my hard drive under warranty on my XPS but did not migrate my software from my old hard drive to my new one.

I have migrated data myself but it takes time and the settings are never the same. I took my computer to Compute Geeks on Magazine who kept it for a day then said they could transfer the data but not the software, which was no help. I called Rent-A-Nerd but they said could not be done. So then I took it to Best Buy who said they could fix it. Turns out after 3 days, all Best Buy did was transfer the data from the old hard drive, but not the software, email addresses, desktop configuration, old emails, plus I was missing a database file.

Hard drives always go out after a few years, so I even had MOZY online backup. I tried to restore from my MOZY backup which took 3 days to resore half the data, only to find out some of the files were not originally backed up so that didn't work. I wanted an expert. I searched Google Maps for a computer repair in the uptown area and found C4 who were very professional.

I also tried craigslist but didn't trust any of the responses. Wes at C4 met with me that same day, reviewed my computer, listened to what I needed and described the options. Great personal service. They fixed the problem in less time and less expense than Best Buy and Computer Geeks. He transferred the data and fixed the bad sectors on the hard drive that were causing a problem, I got my new hard drive working exactly like the old hard drive without having to spend days installing software from CD's that came with the computer or finding my key code to download software online like microsoft office. C4 really knows their stuff and provides fast expert computer repair.

The service here was great. I took my laptop in on Friday and they had it back to me by Tuesday. There is a service fee that they use to assess what is going on and if you decide to have them fix your computer it is put towards the final charge. After taking my computer in I found out the hard drive had crashed. They were able to get a new part under warranty and get the computer back quickly. The staff knows what they are talking about. If you have computer problems, take your computer here.

I have been using this place for years. They are fast know what they are doing and always solve the problem or set me up with both my PC and Mac they are fantastic. Highly recommend them. Consistently good. Great value and good service too. Really nice people.

These guys totally rock. They fixed my laptop in a half hour while I waited, without treating me like a stupid chick. Best part - the total bill, with parts, was $41.00 Also, I'm obviously not the only extremely happy customer. While I was waiting, a previous customer came in and dropped off a homemade pie to thank the staff.

This is a great locally-owned business that offers a full array of computer services, including your basic IT set-up and support, hardware, software, as well as graphic and web design. My boyfriend used to work in the IT industry, as the sole IT guy for a local stock brokerage firm, and when he needed extra hands to help out with a big project he would always go to these guys.

He also went to them recently for a logo design for his new business and they did a fantastic job, giving him exactly what he had in mind. They also do design work for the local radio station WWOZ, and they recently built an Android app for WWOZ. Whenever a friend or co-worker has needed computer help or repair, I've always referred them to C4 and I've never heard a bad report back.

I recently brought in my work computer for repair. C4 Tech is close to where I work. They were thorough in explaining what was wrong with my system, and gettting it cleaned up. The techs even managed to get my Outlook personal files repaired so that all of my email was working again! They had my computer finished within two days-- I'd definitely come back anytime I have computer problems.
