I have had a service contract for my business with the Right click for 15 years. Best money I ever spent, got full time local it for a fraction of the cost to put someone on salery. Great people, they support everything we do, they purchase hardware when needed and stand behind it. They choose equipment that makes sense to support on the service side.

When issues come up they are on it either in person or via remote login. Phill have been my dedicated rep since we started, and I can and do communicate all the time, not just 9-5 m-f. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could, my time is better spent at working sticking to what I do best, not having to be the it guy and never having to worry about it is the best!

Great support at a reasonable price. As a retiree who no longer has a large tech support staff, I had a longstanding sync problem between two email servers and between my new tablet and phone. Javi fixed them. Also great help from J.D.

As a first-time user of The Right Click, I was skeptical. but Xavier was really great and did not give up on a small but critical technology problem I could not fix on my own. He solved my issues and also helped me define what was possible, given my current home office set-up and operations.

The Right Click is the Right place to go if you have computer problems involving hardware or software. I had a fan inoperable error on my computer. Windows 10 noted my fan was not working. The warning added if I continue to use the laptop it will overheat the hard drive and kill it. The tech rep told me after opening and examining my hard drive that it was not my fan that was broken, but something from the inside of my computer clogged the fan.

The company could have easily charged me for a new fan, but they were totally honest. The lap top works good as new after the technician solved the hardware problem. The Right Click is my go to solution for any hardware, software or computer issues. Thank you to all the Right Click technicians!

This guys do fingerprint scanning, fast and professional, it took like 5 minutes to get everything done. Park near the bakery.

I was away and needed a computer tech to handle an urgent client's computer error. The office was excellent and sent a rep out. While the computer was fixed temporarily, the error happened again so they had to send someone out again. Unfortunately, the tech didn't seem to be familiar with a Windows terminal and left in a bad mood without resolving anything.

We were billed for a second unsuccessful service call at $125/hour at an address where I no longer live. I emailed Jeremy (the owner) in regards to the issue two weeks ago but haven't hear back (as of yet).

If you have a computer problem, look no further. If you need a new computer, they've got you covered. These people will find out your needs and exceed expectations. These guys have many many years of personal and professional experience with computers and can handle just about anything. I highly recommend dealing with Jay Anthony especially. Jeremy Walsh the owner is a really cool down to earth guy and his right hand Fran is a joy to deal with. On top of this, they will also do onsite work and remote support. Computer troubles? Look no further.

Excellent service by Tim at The Right Click today. I had 2 - 2gb of RAM installed so my older MAC can keep humming along. He was friendly, knowledgable and did the install right in front of me which was cool to see. Then he started up my laptop to make sure my computer registered the RAM. In and out in about five minutes. Great service, I will definitely recommend it to all.

Love The Right Click! They were knowledgeable and fast (I work in tech so I know a thing or two about Tech Support). While visiting my mother in Rhode Island, my computer (Toshiba) died (wouldn't boot up). Within 5 minutes, they looked at it and said it was the mother board. Since the computer was still on warranty with BestBuy, they recommended I take it back to BestBuy. However, they transferred some of my files (pictures and other docs) so I wouldn't be stuck in the interim. My mother has visited them and they have always been incredibly helpful. We recommend them highly.

These guys helped my mom, who lives in Charlestown, figure out why her gchat video component wasn't working. They were really nice and helpful, and really took the time to help her out (and also chat for a bit, too). Really great local business - absolutely recommended for your myriad computer needs.

Drop off or remote support this company is the best! Call and often they just help. They service business and home users and do not make you feel foolish. Polite, professional, proficient in tech speak and English truly a great resource!
