It's very difficult to find a mechanic, Carpenter or even a lawyer or Doctor with high standards and integrity. I feel very happy to have found CPU Solutions. It's very rare to find a company, especially a PC maker, that stands behind their product like you do. I bought a $2,500 workstation made by them from a guy on eBay. And everything was wrong with it.

So just on a whim, I called PCS to ask for help. I really had no right because the warranty had expired 2 months earlier and I was not the original buyer. But Tim helped me for many hours, which may not be good for the bottom line, but it made me a believer. In the past week, I've been enthusiastically talking to my tech friends about CPU Solutions. It's awesome to get free tech support. But it's even more exciting to find a company that goes above and beyond. Thank you!

She is the bomb, so helpful i was in crisis, my computer didn't want to start and i had important job to do, so called and the lady told me to pack it and bring it. She did all possible to recover but the mobo was dead unfortunately. Overall very responsive and helpful, she is my to go now!

Mandy fixed my laptop right away. I found her to be very kind. Will call for all future needs!

Mandy knows what she is doing -- smart, pleasant and a great person. My PCs have been un-screwed-up by her for several years now. I'm glad she's in the neighborhood.

I know most people do not think someone with only 5 star reviews is that good. but Mandy really is that good. She Easily diagnosed my issues, even though on accident I was giving information that was not really relevant. >_< My computer just stopped turning on and she found out over the phone that it was a two part issue of my charger port and my hard drive starting to go bad (not gonna lie I am rough on my laptops lol) but she shipped me out what I needed and helped me get it installed.

Not only that though, she stayed on the line with me, used team viewer, and helped me make sure all the settings, updates, and programs were what I wanted. I seriously have never felt more thoroughly taken care of when dealing with computer repair. She will definitely be who I go to from now on because I know what I can expect ^_^

Mandy was awesome, she fixed our RAM seating problem the same day that we called, she also schooled my son on how to avoid RAM memory issues. She did much more than the hour that she charged us for.

Giving a long overdue shout out to Mandy at CPU Solutions as she has been my "computer person" for many years now. Most recently I needed to install some software on my laptop that required a 64 bit machine but I only had 32 bit. I had also clung to Windows 7 as I don't like having to learn new programs, but support for Windows 7 is ending this year. Short of it is Mandy installed 64 bit Windows 10 for a very fair price and my computer runs better than ever and I was able to use the new program.

Amazing service! Diagnosed my laptop's issue, called Dell to order the necessary parts, installed a new motherboard, AND provided a temporary laptop. The part took awhile to come in, but Peter made sure to keep me updated and reassured me everything would be taken care of. Very attentive and clearly know what they are doing. Would 150% recommend them for any laptop problems you may have!

I called to describe a problem powering up a desktop, arrived 25 minutes later, Andy diagnosed the problem and she replaced the power supply in total of about 15 minutes, after invoice and payment I left exactly 24 minutes from arrival with a once-again functioning computer! Need I say more?

Founded and run by Microsoft Certified husband and wife team over a decade ago, this company knows the computer and all peripherals. I saw Peter's white CPU van on Frenchtown Rd. at the light (intersection with Route 2) in 1998 and gave them a call. He wired the house with cable for the computer and gave me some pointers. I've since had them build me a computer that seven years later still runs like a champ. Mandy has assisted with minor issues ever since and runs a tight ship. They dot their 'i's and cross their 't's. I highly recommend giving them a chance.
