I had some issues with new components I bought being faulty, these guys were not only able to help me pinpoint what was wrong, but they held onto my computer for me while we waited for the new parts to come so I didn't have to schlep my beefy machine back and forth. I was worried I was going to get charged because we had to wait so long for all the new parts, but they only charged me for the hours they actually worked on it. Also, once they had all the parts they were able to get my computer back to me very quickly. All the guys were super friendly and knowledgeable and were so accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of building or repairs.

I had contact with 2 techs, and both were a great pleasure to work with. Everything was explained to me in clear terms to what was going to be done, and answered kindly to any questions I had. They also made themselves available afterwards which was greatly appreciated!

Steve and the rest of his staff are incredible! Their mission is to always provide great service to all. Their goal's are to always make sure that your needs are satisfied. Downtown Computer Services Steve and his team are very professional and polite. They installed an antivirus on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet and I am feeling very safe now. I can travel with my device and I have peace of mind. They also have parking at the store, which makes it an easy access.

My experience at Downtown Computers was absolutely amazing! Steve was really helpful when I dropped my mac book air off and also at pick up. Additionally, the computer tech, Dean who did the repair was fantastic as well. Dean was in communication with me throughout the process and explained everything he was doing to fix my mac. He kept me involved and up to date.

I cannot recommend Downtown Computer Services enough, they are very fair in pricing, have excellent customer service and did my repair really quickly. Highly recommend, would honestly give 10 stars if possible.

Soooo happy I found this place. I don't live in Ft. Lauderdale, but here often, working remotely - I need a working computer! I had a simple issue, but couldn't figure out how to fix it and wasted so much time with no results (email issues) I went to Apple genius bar, no help and I have an Apple. I called Geek Squad, but cost just to look it was a bit outrageous.

Lucky me I made an appointment w/Downtown Computer Services in Ft. Lauderdale. Parking was easy, walked in and Kosta did his magic. Literally, I was in and out in minutes. These guys are honest, kind, and speak at a level I understand. If something is not working, don't waste your time! Let the experts do it. I highly recommend them and will plan to have them fix my next issues!

DC did a great job assisting in getting my new graphics card in my computer. I have just enough skills to be dangerous and the tech let me help in the process and learn at the same time. They were able to help me get it in and it is running great! I appreciate their help and service!
