Randomly gave them a call in regards to replacing my video card, and I believe I spoke to Mark. If Mark is an employee he deserves a raise or promotion because he genuinely took his time in asking me questions I didn't even consider asking due to lack of knowledge, and making sure I understood what he was referring to the whole time. Prices are competitive like any other business says but CompuTeam matched another price seemingly without a second thought. So that's another plus. In my book, a well run business.
