I have been using Click Computers for years and with good reason. Recently took my gaming PC in due to regular freezing, blue screen then shut down. Click fixed it perfectly with a 1 day turn around. Highly recommend them.

My computer was plugged in during the storm my house was struck by lightning and it took out everything that was plugged in my computer my baby was dead. : They brought my baby back yo life I'm so grateful for the awesome team here at click computers you guys rock! Highly recommend!

I was paniced because I thought I lost all my files (well, recipes.) I talked with them times and went their office (really nice.) I gave the owner my computer and BOOM! It's fine. Very friendly, funny. He did not charge us. I jokingly said I'll give you my dog (Snow White.) That is how you run A GOOD business. If and When we'll go back. Oh the problem. we had solar installed, power was off for 5 + hours. the batter drained.

I brought in a laptop that the screen and power port went out on. They called me and let me know that my computer was still under warranty and that I could have the repairs done under the warranty. They emailed me the warranty information and link to make a ticket through the warranty and provided the information I would need to do so which was beyond helpful. Integrity and assistance doesn't get any better than that!

Customer service was on point as well. The interaction on drop off and pick up was genuine, pleasant, and informative. The service is honest and expert. The warranty company jumped around a couple of different diagnoses before drawing the same conclusion that Click did on first look. These guys made the whole process so simple that I wish they were the warranty company. Highly recommend this company for any computer repairs.

I am very happy with Click Computers! They fixed my laptop; cleaned it by getting rid of malware and viruses. They explained what needed to be done and got my approval before they did anything. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Thank you Kevin, Luke, & Nate!

Kevin was extremely helpful and spent about 45 minutes assessing my HP All-in-one before telling me that he did not think I needed to spend $300 that initially he thought I would have to for a new hard drive. He cleaned up a few things and gave me great advice. When I asked how much I owed, he said nothing! He could easily have told me I did need to replace the hard drive and I would have been none the wiser! I will definitely go to Click Computes again for any problems I experience.

I cannot say enough about this company. Kevin walked me through some bogus emails and potential hacking and saved me from so much grief! He did it remotely and made me comfortable every step of the way. What a tremendous company! Prior to this they have helped us with other computer issues and are fair and careful with all they do! What a relief to know they are available!

I've been using Click ever since they opened, through 3 moves. Yesterday I went, with my laptop which had been dropped, to their new location on Shell Rd. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and "Covid-safe". I am very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

I needed a part changed out on my home-built PC. Relatively simple job but not something I was comfortable taking care of myself. The people here were friendly, professional, and extremely prompt with the fix. I was back up and running in no time! Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to get your computer repaired.

My 2yo XPS gave the "blue screen of death", not sure what happened be used if used the laptop earlier that day. I pay for so called Dell premium support and worked with a support tech via phone for over an hour, with no success. The instructions they gave me were to find someone with a windows laptop to do a lap to lap transfer and then they would help to reinstall the OS.

I mentioned that given I pay for premium support it would help if they have an in person tech support office. I'm sure they hear this a lot! I called Click Computers, described the scenario. Took my laptop in and left it there not knowing what to expect. Got my laptop back the next days, in working order! Seems the SSD somehow became unseated (not sure how), they reseated and got my laptop back.

They even took a full backup of my data in case it's needed. The price was reasonable and fair, the staff kept me informed of actions every step. I am so pleased with the tech staff and will recommend in the future.

I had Click Computers bring me a new home network router and install if for me. Patrick came and did the job; he was very professional and very knowledgeable and did the work hooking up the new router to my home network in a very timely manner. Everything worked properly and without any complication after he left; I was able to use my computer immediately doing all the things I needed to do with a new, dependable router to protect me.

Their rates are very fair and reasonable, too. I recommend Click Computers for anyone who needs work done on their computer by a reliable, dependable organization. I will certainly use them again in the future whenever I have any problems that I need resolved.

Travis was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about upgrading and optimizing an existing laptop. I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and support from this place. I will certainly keep them in mind for any future needs. My mom is a part of a computer club in the area and now I can provide them with a backup resource.

Their customer service is unmatched. They dealt with a tough situation with my laptop, gave great advice, and even helped salvage what was able to be. If you have a problem with your computer, this should be your first stop.

Click Computers checked out a laptop of mine, charged me nothing. Then I took another laptop in that wouldn't turn on. They checked it out, recommended a parts replacement, gave me a quote before starting the work, and called when it was ready. Prompt service! Very courteous and friendly! I'll be a loyal customer from now on!

You can go to the Microsoft or Apple Store in Austin and do the exact same stuff for free.

Rob and is team are always dependable. Techs are friendly and take time to explain the issues and solution options. My issue was a failed hard drive. Although the data was backed-up on an external hard drive, they were able to recover and transfer my files from the failed drive. Rob's team stays extremely busy, but they had me up in running in a just a few days.

Trying to get them to fix a problem they said was fixed already but keeps occurring. Still not fixed and now won't come back to fix the problem I hired them for. They take forever to respond to the problem. I was told since not on a recurring contract that they would only get to me when they had time, but could not give a time frame.

Computer would not start this morning. Plugged in, still nothing. Called Click Computers just to see if that was something they could work on. He told me something to try at home first to see if that would fix it before I bothered to bring it in. And it worked. Had to remove the battery and do a few things, but it worked! So he made nothing on this deal, but I will always refer people to them. What a wonderful business philosophy--help people.

Several weeks ago, I decided I needed help with my computer wifi. It kept dropping offline periodically and just got worse. Called Click to schedule an appointment. They showed up even earlier than I thought which was great. Rob came in and quickly diagnosed the problem. It's been several weeks now and no dropped signals! These guys really know their stuff and are quick, fair and honest when it comes to computers. Don't call anyone else, just call Click, they'll take good care of you. Thanks guys!

Paul was on time and did a Great job resolving some issues on my older desktop that had been unresolved by another tech in our previous home city. These folks are knowledgeable and professional.

I had Paul help me set up several computers of mine. He is knowledgable and resourceful, while never passing judgment on your own personal level of computer knowledge. In my opinion, if you are in the greater Georgetown area Click Computers is the only place to turn to with computer issues. They were efficient and thorough, knew what they were doing and what was wrong with my computer and kept me up to date on their progress. I was just surprised when, after two weeks, the owner, Rob, sent me a follow-up email to make sure my computer was still doing well.

These guys are great. Fast professional service and they know what to do. I wouldn't take my computers anywhere else. As a small business I need my computers to work and these guys keep them going! I can't ask for better service. They are very fair in what they charge for repairs. I highly recommend them.

My computer was never fix right the first time, they did get it working after the 3 time. I do have the same problems now 7 months later. They did check it out for free, which was very kind of them to do so. There fees are just as comparable to major chain stores who do computer repairs. Theres more of a chain of command going to a bigger retailer then a small shop.

Its a lot easier for a bigger chain to absorb free work, compare to a smaller retailer. I would advise to shop around, and recommend bigger not smaller. A great learning curve especially when prices are the same.

I took my computer to clicks in Georgetown, first visit it was 49.00 then the phone calls kept coming for the same repair 99.99 and finally it went to 179.99 which he took off 30.00 all with the same intial visit. The technician stated he never seen this before with multiple viruses. They took over a week with broken promises, then I pick up my computer.

My computer was the same, I tried to fix it that night according to the tech, I did more damage. Which it was never fix to begin with so I paid 79 or 89 do not remember. Then I pick it up again same issue. They came over to my house this time, finally it was fix. then 7 months later same issue, they check it for free. Now they want 119.99 to fix it.

I told them to forget about it, there service has put a bad taste in my mouth now. I would never do business there again. I believe my issue was never resolve to begin with. I would recommend trying the other pc shops in Georgetown. Thanks for taking my money and not fixing my XPS.. I hope this will help you build your company around cust service.
