My son had a power problem with his PC, another shop had it for 3 weeks with no joy. Dropped off at Universal at 1630 on Wednesday I picked it up on Thursday lunchtime good to go. They called him first thing Thursday with an update as well. Can only be described as excellent service.

They have great customer service and accurate information on the status of your repair. They did such a great job fixing my two laptops - two dead hard drives replaced with two SSDs and Windows installed on both. Both fixed same day at a fair price. Definitely recommend!

After my daughter droooed her laptop whuch she needs for university, they were able to arrange a next day time to drop it off. After a quick look, they were able to hook the dislodged wire back in and reattached the screen. Their standard oruce to look at the laptop is 18 but they waived the fee on this occasion. I will definitely use them again for any laptop repairs.
