We will remove all Spyware, Viruses, Worms, Trojans, and other Malicious Programs from your computer. We will also configure or install software on all the above. We can do In-Home networking of multiple computers plus configure routers, hubs, firewalls, and any wireless or wired solutions for individual or multiple computers.

Our prices are the best you will find because our 12 years experience enables us to diagnose and solve problems a lot faster than many other repair services. If your Anti Virus software and Anti Spyware software are not up to date we will install the appropriate software for your personal needs to protect you in the future.
For most jobs that don't involve installing new hardware our turn around time is usually 24 hours. If you use your computer for business and need it back the same day we can usually accommodate you as long as we get it early in the day. Situations that involve reinstalling your software after a crash or installing new hardware or memory usually require 48 hours.
Today computers are not just used as glorified typewriters any more. With all the new uses and new devices such as digital cameras, MP3 players, highly complex video games, All-in-One printers, and other optional devices, many old and even new computers need hardware upgrades. I spoke with Jim a week ago regarding my PC suffering from the Blue Screen of Death which is a Windows issue. He spent 15 minutes discussing possible causes, pricing and options - which was a pleasant surprise. Most places will simply tell you that they can fix any problem you have and just bring your PC to them. So after more research I was able to recover data from my PC much to my relief, even though it still doesn't boot up properly.
I spoke with Jim again today and explained what I'd done. He advised me that my options were to either buy a new PC or spend $175 to reinstall Windows. Considering my PC is 9 years old, I'll opt to buy a new one. And the best part of the whole experience was that Jim actually gave me some advice on what to look for in a new PC. Even though I never had Jim fix my PC, I'm really glad that I spoke with him. He's a class act and I appreciate him taking time to help me even though he wasn't getting paid. Needless to say if I ever have PC issues in the future I'll call Jim.

Called to inquire about bringing in my new custom build pc to check out an error code. Was very rude on the phone, went on about being open 7 days a week for 10 hours and only able to get through 'his stuff'. No idea what that was supposed to mean but if he wasn't accepting new requests then he should have just said that instead. Also, he made a point to rush me off the phone due to another call coming in, which is not very professional to do to a potential client. Overall terrible first impression.

I called Jim at Savemore Computer when my operating system crashed. He recovered all my data and reinstalled windows and the job was done in less than two days. Also his prices are extremely reasonable and he is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. If you have any computer problems I highly recommend Jim and Savemore Computer.

I never write reviews, but in this case, it is a pleasure to highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs computer service or repair. I use my computer for my photography business and while I was working on a major project, it stopped working. I was in panic mode. After two prominent businesses cancelled appointments and didn't return my calls, I found Jim.
He returned my call promptly and said I could meet with him and drop off my computer immediately. I spent almost 2 hours with Jim, providing what information I could. That afternoon and evening Jim worked on it and called me at 10:00 PM. Over the next three days Jim fixed the problem, entered updates, added protection, cleaned the computer and my external hard drives, and much more. Jim also spent many hours researching how to fix another issue I had with the photography program.
During the four days we met three times and Jim called me about 5 times. I was thrilled to have my computer running perfectly and to have accomplished other tasks that I put off for years. Jim charged me about half of what he should have and other companies would have. I'm also pleased that Jim will be there for me in the future.

When I called about my computer I had a good hour conversation with Jim about my computer. Jim believes in trying to fix the problem with as little cost to the customer as possible. I took my computer to him, and with our prior conversation on the phone he admitted he has never heard of my problem but promised that if he couldn't figure it out he wouldn't charge for the time.
After only a day he called me back saying he has figured out what to do and he'd have it ready within the next 2 days. The service is great, the price is reasonable, and he gives you very good and clear instructions both in writing and verbally about what was wrong with your PC, and how to maintain the PC afterwards. I highly recommend giving Jim a call for your PC repairs.

Savemore is the place to go if you have an out-of-warranty computer and are not ready to part with it. Jim the owner is hands on and responsive to customer needs. He will also walk you through diagnostics before you bring it to him and once you drop it off it should take 2 days to get back as in my case. If longer he will tell you. He is transparent with his directions and expectations and pricing is very reasonable.
