For the one time rate of $150 per year you get:

* Unlimited mail-in troubleshooting and computer repair for five different computers.
* Unlimited mail-in software troubleshooting/reloading applications or operating systems.
* Up to 3 Remote Support Incidents per computer, per year.
* Service is good with any operating system, any brand of computer and any software package.
* Unlimited access to our support forums and e-mail support.
* In-home or in-office visits from a professional technician are available with a small flat rate per-visit fee.
