GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went above and beyond for me. I wanted to possibly retrieve any photos that may have been on an old Compaq tower that had been in a closet for years. They were able to get in, even though I couldn't remember the password, let me view what was on the hard drive, and then since there wasn't anything worth saving, wiped it clean.

He then offered to dispose of it for me. And then, graciously, said there would be no charge since I didn't retrieve anything! I highly recommend J&J Solutions! I will definitely come back for all my computer needs!

I had a problem with my laptop that stopped windows from booting up. I was referred to Gerry by my aunt who had her computer repaired and really liked his service. As it turned out, my hard drive in the laptop had failed. he was able to recover all of my pictured and documents then set me up with a newer computer. His price was very fair and only took a few days to get me back up and running. I will definitely return for any computer work needed.

I have had nothing but the best service from J&J. From recovering thousands of family photos from our desktop system that crashed, upgrading the hard drives, to replacing the keyboard on a laptop due to water damage, I have always been 100% impressed and satisified. All repairs were done in a timely manner and EVERY call I have ever placed to them has always been promptly returned. We use him at our family business and I recommend him to everyone I know.

Our company laptop had a virus that kept coming up on the screen so I called Jerry and was able to take it in that afternoon around 3:00. He had it repair and back to us by 9:00 the next morning. I did not expect that. The computer worked faster than ever and best of all we did not have much down time. Great work.
