Shoeless Computers

My interaction with Eric was friendly, but professional, to the point, and focused on my problem -- which was solved quickly and easily. I'll be bringing all my computer maintenance needs to Shoeless from now on.

Eric was just great. Had a laptop that was hacked. He cleaned it and installed a newer windows, which saved a ton of money. Reloaded our files and it runs like a new one. Quick service just a few days. Beats the Geel Squad hand down. Highly recommend!

Excellent and timely service. Had a hard drive going bad and he took care of the issue. Computer running flawlessly now. Will come again for any future computer problems. Eric's friendly cat is also a plus.

Eric is a true professional - I had an issue with the computer that needed to be addressed in a quick manner. He analyzed the situation and corrected it very quickly. I have taken my computer to shoeless. Wouldn't go anywhere else because the service is outstanding and charges are very reasonable. Eric even made a house call to assist me. 5 star from me!

I'm delighted with Shoeless Computers. As a neighbor I had seen Eric's shop before having need of his services. A week ago, however, my Windows laptop suffered fan failure, so I visited Shoeless for the first time, and met Eric and his faithful feline, Ticket. Eric is low-key, knowledgable and competent. He is also very honest and direct regarding his services and rates, which I find refreshing and admirable.

If one is a cat person, Ticket (Eric's feline) serves as a very effective customer relationship manager. Eric identified the correct replacement part number, found an excellent price on one, and ordered it straightaway. He received the new fan quickly, installed it immediately, and brought the entire repair job in ahead of schedule and under budget (i.e., significantly less than the very reasonable estimate he had provided in advance).

I obviously don't want anything else to happen to my laptop, but if it ever does, I know Eric and Shoeless Computers will be down the street, ready to help! Five stars and kudos to Eric (and Ticket)!
