Went in to get my gaming pc fixed, paid $50 to diagnose it and got a call couple days later saying they "didn't know exactly what was wrong" but either that my "motherboard or power supply was dead" they were gonna charge me over $700 (for a pc I put $500 into) for a "new" motherboard, a new processor (my old one was faster, and a 500 watt power supply (my old one still works and it was a 600w) thank god I didn't take the fix, a couple employees were rude also

They took the time to walk through all sorts of details that can really get you hung up if you don't do it right. Affordable, knowledgeable, caring and the reason why you should go to a local business instead of online or a big Box store. I should have picked a different keyboard but that was my bad. Great place.

My wife's lap top fan was not working properly. After a couple of very unsatisfactory trips to a big box store she found PC Development. They replaced the fan quickly and at a reasonable price. They were sensitive to her need for a quick response as she works for herself so she has no computer back up resources to fall back on. Everyone we dealt with was nice and easy to work with. We will be going back to them for ANY computer issues we may have in the future. we highly recommend them!

Every single person at PC Development Group is thoroughly knowledgeable, generous with his/her time, and NEVER allows me to feel embarrassed, wasteful of his/her time, or as downright dumb as I suspect my questions are. If they ever move away from Windsor, I'll just have to go back to my abacus and writing with pigeon's blood on papyrus.

I have always gone to PC development group to get high quality laptops and desktop computers, without all of the pre-loaded junk that comes with them when you get them from the Big Box stores. Recently Evan and Duncan went above and beyond when they helped me get a refurbished laptop for my daughter to facilitate distance learning. I showed up 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday. I left with a fully functioning, ready to go, computer for my daughter. Thanks PC Development team!

I URGE EVERYONE READING THIS REVIEW TO LOOK AT THE PICTURES I'VE POSTED, THE EVIDENCE DOESN'T LIE! I came in February 2019 to get my 13 inch rose gold HP Envy fixed because the laptop screen was broken. I took it in and they charged me $400+ dollars to replace the screen. They assured me that it was the best price they could give me. After looking around the store I realized that they were charging me relatively the same amount as you would for their refurbished laptops. Nonetheless, I went ahead and continued with the service because I needed a quick fix because I had important work to do for my job and school.

Once I got my laptop back I instantly realized a drastic difference. Instead of replacing the screen with a rose-gold screen I got a silver screen (I now have a 2 toned laptop). Also, the quality and texture of the screen was not the same, it felt incredibly cheaper than what it originally was. I asked about these differences and all I received was a "it's the best that we could've gotten". KEEP IN MIND I NEVER DROPPED MY LAPTOP, SAT ON IT, ETC, SINCE IT WAS BROUGHT IN! 2 months in I began to feel the screen separating from the backing of the laptop.

I brought it in and stated my complaint, they checked and said "there's nothing noticeably wrong with your laptop" I urged them that there was an issue but they insisted there was nothing they can do because they don't see anything. It's now June 2, 2019 and my laptop screen is completely separated from the backing of the laptop. I paid $400+ to get a new, functioning screen, from what I thought was a professional place, instead I received a $50 job and a damaged laptop.

I now have to spend extra on "refixing" what they further damaged. I'm completely disheartened and will never recommend anyone of this community or outside the community to come here for professional service, you will be disappointed in the long run.
