PCRescue

My experience with PC Rescue was outstanding. Michael's customer service exceeded all my expectations. Aside from fixing my computer at the cost he quoted ( my computer has never run better), his service ensuring my "start up" went well was excellent. Micheal even helped with an issue 2 weeks after I received my fixed computer and could not have been more helpful. Additionally, Micheal followed through on exactly what he committed to, specifically his follow up phone calls alerting me to the status of my computer. If you are experiencing any computer issues I would strongly and highly recommend PC Rescue!

Our family has used PCRescue for years and we couldn't be happier. I always have a quick response for my questions and/or issues. Having remote repair has been a lifesaver for quick fixes! It's like having our own personal family IT team. Additionally, I feel so much safer having a personal connection with my IT support, rather than a big company with people I don't know or trust. Mike always takes my calls or gets back to me very promptly. Today he took an hr first thing today to help with a moderate to serious business issue in my office. He made a great difference with his patience and knowledge. I have used Mike and PC Rescue for almost 10 Yrs and would highly recommend him for any Pc or online needs!
