Like cars, computers run best with regular tune-ups. If you fail to maintain your car, eventually you will have serious problems or your vehicle will completely stop running. The same goes for PC's. A HappyFacePCs tune-up will include removal of viruses, malware, adware and spyware as well as applying all Windows and/or computer specific vendor updates and security patches as needed. Performance tuning tasks, including Hard Drive clean-up, defragmentation, disk error check/fix, etc., are also performed as well as setup of home/small business networks.

I would not recommend this firm. After paying $200 for him to fix my computer I also ordered a set of speakers for $40. because mine didn't work. Half an hour later I got them to work and called and left a message and said that he could tear up the check and I would write a new one, or he could just return my $40. He called me the next day and said he wouldn't return the money and I should just consider it a tip.
He lives across the street from me and I didn't want to have problems with a neighbor. He was very intimidating. To make matters worse within a week I had more problems with the computer than I'd had before and ended up paying someone else $150 to fix it. Glad to say it now works beautifully. Do not use Happy Face PCs. Have since spoken with someone else who used him and they said they'd never go back again.
