Greg came to resolve several issues that were all resolved with the addition of a eero web system to our wifi. We're very happy.

Came in with computer and they had it fixed in no time. Great communication with me the whole way through. Will use them again.

I highly recommend Kevin's computer service. They fixed my phone screen for a reasonable price and quickly. They warranty their work and have very pleasant customer service. They were friendly, considerate and provided honest work. I'll happily be using them again in the future!

My laptop was brazenly stolen in the lobby at the Hotel Arts in Barcelona this summer. Not everything was backed up in the Cloud. (Yes, I know.lesson learned.) Most importantly, baby through grade school photos of my son (pre-iPhone) were presumably lost. However, I was able to dig out an old PC that had a corrupted hard drive after being infected by a virus. Well.

I brought my old PC to Kevin's and these guys were able to successfully extract my photos. What a relief! 100% recovery in about 24 hours. Everyone at Kevin's was courteous, helpful and not remotely condescending as some in the tech business can be. From my first inquiry by phone to drop off, call back, and pick up, it could not have gone better. Special shout-out to Anthony for his warm welcome and assurances.

After servicing, I received an email from the owner checking in to see if I was satisfied. The shop in San Clemente is bright, spacious, and well organized. I thought the amount charged was fair, especially when one considers overhead, technical expertise, etc. that goes into doing this type of work. I suppose I could have saved money by purchasing my own Seagate 2TB external drive, but when they offered to supply one, I decided to buy from them strictly as a matter of convenience. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase from them. I highly recommend Kevin's and feel fortunate to have found them.

Kevin's computer service did a great job of combining 2 different emails into one site. I had an individual try to "straighten out" my emails as a result of a malware attack. After spending at least 6 hours, my "repair person" took my computer to Kevin's and in less than an hour, my computer was functioning normally! When I need computer help, Kevin's is where I will go!

Critical:Professionalism, Quality Notice how bad reviews are never their fault? They will never admit guilt. Just bad mouth the customer. They took down my last horror story.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS unless you like to be to be ripped off. They will tell you this is rubbish, they like to talk down to people. I took my laptop to have the hard drive replaced, witch they did, but broke my charger. Steve (trainee) worked on my laptop, I called and the manager he said to bring it in, I took it back. The (manager) told me I was dumb for having it repaired.

He said they repaired it so Steve could have the practice. Without checking it out he said "It is an old computer, things will continue to go out" A$250.00 lessen on where not to go for computer repair

I was looking for a while for someone to fix my Gaming PC, when I found this business. Steve helped me personally, and I felt very confident as he included me throughout the entire process. Including everyone else working there as well. They don't cut any corners, are passionate, knowledgeable, and have your back like a friend. If you need a gaming PC fixed, help with parts, or want to build a PC, this is the place to go! 5+++***

Beware and avoid they broke my wife's $2000 dollar laptop. I took my wife's laptop to get it checked out and to also get the keyboard keys fixed. Nothing was wrong with the laptop other than 2 keys having slight issues. In order to fix the keyboard it had to be replaced entirely. I had them order one and it came in, they put it in and called and said one key was not working.

So I asked about getting another, they couldn't get it anytime soon, when I needed it so I told them to just put the one I had in it. Got it home and put it away and a few days later got it out and tried to use it. t The keyboard wouldn't work on any keys but but the top row which made me think that the connection cable wasn't properly seated and put back properly.

So I took it back and they said the keyboard was dead and they refused to accept the fact that they broke it. It was working perfectly fine when I brought it in. The only thing wrong with it was the space bar was stiff and the special omen key sometimes came off. Now I'm stuck with no keyboard on my laptop.

I brought my old hard drive into Kevins today and picked it up today! My entire experience with Steve was solid from start to finish. Steve was upfront about the process and cost of things. Steve did not try to sell me anything. Technology has been/is a struggle of mine. Thank goodness I have a local place to handle my tech- Thank you!

The staff did an excellent job fixing my issues and communicating expectations! I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with computer issues, and I will return to them if the need arises.

Anthony took extra time to explain all the updates and the diagnostic processes they did to rid my older computer from lots of issues. I was looking for a place to unlock my daughters computer, I stop by Kevin's computers and ask if they could do it they say yes, I drop it off and leave a deposit and an hour later they call me with an estimate for the two different options to unlock it, They were able to unlock the computer and I pick it up two days later, the place is clean and they are very professional, great customer service. We have used Kevin's for years now. Just had to call on their expertise once again. A small issue with my physical computer turned into a large issue with the guts of the computer. Anthony and his team performed miracles and fixed all of my issues. My computer is faster than ever. Thanks again. Hope I don't have to see you for a while, lol.

I was in quick need of Chromebook repair and Kevin's Computers got to it right away. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They handled my problem and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely go back!

I back up all my files, but got a little lazy and had some current stuff that was on a 5TB usb backup drive that failed. Got some outrageous quotes and timelines from a lot of different companies. I did not know what services were available, but when I found Kevin's in San Clemente, I said.hey, local so will try them. They did not guarantee success but if no success would not cost me. WELL.they recovered all of it and put the data on my new 5TB drive that I provided and all is great! Took 2 days and local. Can't ask for more!

LOVE to support local small business! Did a factory reset on my MAC, as it is old, accidentally wiped the startup disc : Found Kevins online, took it in and it was back up and ready, fully updated, the next day. Thanks for the help! My laptop suffered the black screen of death after puppy bit charger cord in 1/2 and I replaced with Amazon ordered cheap one due to needing in a hurry! Yikes so I called Kevin's! They replaced the hard drive with a much faster one and provided a new charger. Oh and all the same day! Price was reasonable!
