Fantastic customer support! Our company uses Allstate for all of our computer needs and they've never let us down. I was locked out of my programing computer and it's a very vital piece of equipment. Bruce asked me to bring it in. He had me back in within 5 minutes. In the past, we've had issues with computers and Allstate has always been there for us.

Excellent service! My hard drive failed. Brian & Mike assessed damage and was very helpful. A week later, I called for some help with setting up an external hard drive, Bruce logged into my computer and performed a quick fix at no charge. In my opinion, these guys "genuinely" care about the customer.
