Computer Exchange exceeds my expectations almost every day. I contact them with all my computer issues. They answer the phone immediately and always, without exception, fix the problem and supply whatever service, software and hardware I need. In short, their service is outstanding. I have been practicing law for over 50 years, including at my big law firm in DC where I hired many computer experts.

No one has ever come close to the competent, prompt, pleasant and expert help I get from Computer Exchange. I recommend them to everyone big or small. I don't have the words to describe how completely pleased I am to be a client.

Service is amazing. Staff is very nice to interact with. Best place to go for hardware/software repairs since they immediately work on it (unlike Best Buy). If you need to get something repaired quick just go to this place instead of Best Buy. That way you can actually get your stuff fixed in a small amount of time, don't have to pay a load of money, and in turn you support local businesses as well.

I started having some issues with our office computers. After learning our long time computer repair shop had closed, I was in a bit of a panic. I called these guys and Ben was able to fix one computer remotely from his location with me being in Roanoke. I was so impressed that I decided to upgrade and replace our other computers. Yesterday, I dropped off my old computer and Lewis had all of the data transferred to the new one and ready for me to pick up before closing. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Computer Exchange. Highly recommend!

Huge thank you to Travis at Computer Exchange for generously helping me resolve an issue over the phone. Since I switched to a Mac several years ago, I have not had the need to bring my computer in for service. But earlier this week I opened an email that infected my computer with Malware. I ran Malwarebytes, which quarantined the threats, but I was still experiencing frequent pop-up screens and ads.

I called Computer Exchange seeking guidance and spoke to Travis. Instead of telling me to bring my computer in for service, he walked me through the easy process of removing malware extensions that had gotten onto my computer. The process took less than a minute, but it was one I had not been able to figure out on my own. So grateful for Travis's kind and generous support--I felt like I was talking to a neighbor! If I ever do need to have my Mac serviced (knock on wood!), I will take it straight to Computer Exchange.

It's been a while since I was here but I have continued to be unhappy with the service this place provided. I took my laptop here because it was not fully charging. After picking it up they said it was the power supply cord and it just needed to be replaced. Ok, simple enough. And they changed me $50 to diagnose the problem. I was surprised at the time they were going to charge me $50 to tell me I needed a new power cord.

I guess that was my fault for not understanding how the pricing worked. Anyway I paid and left and still had a laptop that wouldn't fully charge but at least I new what the problem was. I then purchased a new factory power supply which was around $80 from Dell. My laptop still doesn't charge fully so the power supply was not the problem and I am now out $130 because of incorrect information.

I have been a customer of Computer Exchange for almost their entire existence. They have built custom desktops to my specifications, they have furnished me with sturdy laptops, and they have always been able to solve my problems for me. I am perhaps an average user, someone who isn't utterly helpless and can generally understand the language, even if I don't always know how to fix every computer issue I face.

They are always helpful and informative, never condescending. They do house calls for the same labor cost as in-house work. Good, honest, knowledgeable people offering their services at a very competitive price. Local small business, not some corporate entity based who knows where. My highest recommendation!

Peter helped me out with my whole situation. Thought I needed new hardware, turned out to be a very simple fix. I am so glad I heard about Computer Exchange before I shipped it back to Dell or went to Geek Squad! Very helpful staff and super reasonable prices : I totally reccomend them!

I recently purchased a new charger for my computer after mine stopped working. Computer Exchange was knowledgeable of what I needed & they were less expensive than Best Buy! It even came with an extension cord. Very pleased with them & their service. I have been recommending them to friends in need of computers & accessories.
