As with my previous experience with F1 Systems, they were outstanding. My laptop had a power connector problem that they fixed quickly at more than a reasonable price. I highly recommend F1 Systems.

I had a serious ans confusing (to me) problem repeatably effecting my laptop and could not fix it myself. I took it to F1 and with just a few minutes and a couple of key strokes, they solved my problem and didn't charge me for their time and knowledge. I definitely recommend F1 Systems!

Warren and Alex are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and superb at working with the technologically challenged. Buying and installing a new computer with their expertise was easy and affordable. Highly recommend!

Alex was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to transfer data from an old PC to a new laptop and then was able to retrieve all of the data that I mistakenly deleted. He was a life saver. Highly recommend.

My sincerest thanks and highest recommendation for F1 Systems. I took my laptop to Alex and he quickly diagnosed my issue and provided an estimate to replace the display. I appreciate Alex's expertise and advice! As it turns out, my laptop is an older model and he had trouble procuring the correct display. A lesser technician would have given up and told me it was time for a new computer.

But Alex persevered until he found and installed the correct display. He was very professional, worked extremely hard, yet was always very friendly and personable. He worked very efficiently to complete all of the work in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. He tested the entire system and did not return it to me until he was satisfied that all of the work was complete and the system was functioning properly. I will call Alex for all of my future maintenance and repairs and highly recommend you do the same.

I called F1 Systems to help me recover data from my former laptop, whose motherboard suddenly died. Alex was friendly and happy to help. At the shop, he took two minutes with my backup drive, found the files I was looking for, and showed me how to access them. He also recommended how to back up files in the future and answered other questions. In all, it was a quick, helpful, friendly visit. I'm happy to leave a positive review for F1 Systems.

Incredibly friendly and helpful. When I came in with what I suspected to be a shot motherboard they helped me pinpoint exactly what the problem was. We determined that it wouldn't be worth the time and money to replace the part on my older computer and that I was better off buying a new PC. Rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need they gave me the best advice for my individual situation. Will definitely be referring friends and coming back if I ever need help again. F1 Systems made what was shaping up to be a bad day a lot better. :

Best computer repair shop I've ever been to. Alex was an awesome computer repair guy. He was super upfront and honest about everything. Very proficient and expeditions. He explained everything in terms that I understood. I would highly recommend for anyone with computer problems because I know for a fact you won't be ripped off.

I am so sold on f1 systems. i have used them about 3 times, twice working with alex and one time with warren. these guys are fantastic and know computers inside and out. i just worked with alex today and since they cannot do house calls because of covid-19, our session was by remote control. alex solved my problem and actually has saved me money. the cost of this session was very reasonable and well worth the money. i just can't say enough good things about this company. i will always call them if i have a computer problem for i know it will be solved fairly and at a fair price. thank you alex and warren. jean m. greenwood, superior, colorado

These guys are great! Alex was so helpful and informative! My 2 year old Dell laptop HD was all but dead and Alex was able to replace it quickly! Luckily I don't keep much data on the hard drive itself, but Alex did his absolute best to verify I wouldn't lose anything (multiple times, even)! The price was more than fair, they are local and the work was done quickly! What more can you ask for, really?! I hope I don't have to come back soon, but when I do need help, they will be the first place I go!

I don't write many reviews. But this is the second review I have written for F1 Systems, because besides the tech know how - they understand the emotional stress when your technology is not working properly. For many of us, our computers are our lives. I am a web designer/developer, and a mom and daughter. I lost all of my family images and records when my laptop died. The level of humanity.not just customer service and tech skills.has meant so much to me. I highly recommend F1 Systems! They take care of you!

I read the reviews on Yelp about F1-Systems and Warren, and although I do a lot of PC work myself, I wasn't about to tackle a laptop with no display. Stopped in F1-Systems and talked with Warren about the problem and he gave me several suggestions that I hadn't thought of. After exhausting the possibilities I left the PC with him and 2 days later he determined it was a bad motherboard.

He gave me an estimate to repair it but since this was an extended warranty claim he said I'd be better off looking for a similar used PC and just swapping my SSD drive into it as opposed to replacing the motherboard. Long story short, I was super impressed with his knowledge, helpfulness, and honesty about the repair issue. And I enjoyed talking with him about "the good old days" of computers. Super nice guy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warren to anyone.

Alex is awesome. Knowledgeable, polite, respectful and a clear communicator. This shop is about helping customers in the best way possible. He was very clear about the possibility that my laptop may have met its life expectancy but also that he thought he could fix it quickly and fairly easily. It turned out that $90 fixed it and it's running great. I was already shopping for a new one but Alex gave me a while longer with this old laptop! Thanks so much! I will recommend to everyone!

F 1 was available immediately to recommend next steps when I had a computer issue. Once they evaluated my machine, they provided sound advice on my options to address the issue. Very reasonably priced and they have the best interest of their customers as their first priority.

My laptop was not working properly and found F1 Systems because they were so close to me. Walked in and was helped immediately. It was a quick fix and they didn't charge me! Definitely will be returning when needed!

I had an issue with my hard drive and knew my computer was most likely in critical condition. I looked online and decided to try F1 Systems to help me ASAP with my issue. Alex was extremely helpful and I believe saved my computer from total extinction. He gave me different options and was adamant about me making the best decision regarding my options.

This was a breath of fresh air as businesses tend to be dead set on selling you something. In the end, I decided to go with F1 repairing my computer instead of buying a new computer and loading it with data from my backup that he somehow recovered. He was able to fix it and has been very helpful with any information I've had after the fix. Do yourself a favor if you have computer issues and go talk to Alex at F1 Systems.

F1 is the best, plain and simple. As an older woman I haven't had a great deal of tech exposure and my level of expertise is woefully limited. Was having computer problems and a friend recommended I go to F1 for help. Alex and Warren took excellent care of me. When it turned out I would need a new system, they explained what to look for, and actually found the right computer for me. Warren went the extra mile and picked it up from the store and Alex came to my house and set it up for me. We use F1 Systems for our business computer repairs/routine maintenance because they were recommended by a bookkeeping company that has used them for years. Very professional and secure. Trustworthy, fast and friendly. They know how to explain tech to the common person. 5 stars definitely!

These guys know computers! You won't find a better price on service. Don't bother going anywhere else because you will be wasting money and time. They even do house-calls and will try to help over the phone without charging you if its easy enough.

I decided to check out F1 Systems for two reasons. 1-They are independently owned and operated(the world needs more of this) and 2- They were close by. This was my first experience with a computer virus, and I was glad that Nick(the manager) seemed confident that he could get to the root of the problem. Two days later he had my laptop up and running like a dream. Thanks Nick! You guys rule!
