Right Now PC

I can't say enough nice things about this place. I used them once a couple years ago and were hoping they were still around. They were! Dropped off my old school desk computer that apparently needed a bunch of updates. The owner even dropped it off on his way home! Service doesn't get any better than that. Thank you!

Excellent service. The guy is a genius I swear. I had a computer I thought was beyond repair and he fixed it up same day. Totally worth every penny I spent and will definitely be going back for future needs.

Nice people who seemed genuine and friendly but business wise I believe there is some issues going on in the background. I brought my computer in for a simple broken video card, i was left in the dark for a week about the repairs until i called the store to find my computer hadnt even been looked at, apparently the repair man of the shop had been sick and so things were backed up. Thats understandable, but in this day and age where technology is so prevalent you should really contact people and let them know there is going to be a delay on their hardware and perhaps they will want to take it somewhere else.

After my initial call to find out about my computer i then wait another 3 days to finally be told they do not have a video card in the store compatible with the PC and therefor cannot test it. I go in the shop to pick up my PC and find another repair store in the Portland area and have my computer fixed and working and back in my office in the span of two days As said above the owners are nice and genuinely seem like good people, but in terms of running the business i was left with a very bad experience

Great experience. The owners are very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I'm computer illiterate, and they spent more than an hour helping me wipe my computer and recover my accounts after a phishing attack. Computer has functioned really well ever since. I will go to them for all my future computer needs. Can't recommend highly enough.

I recently took my desktop computer here because of some hard drive issues. At the recommendation of the owner, we decided to just upgrade to a new laptop instead of trying to fix everything on the computer. I appreciated that he helped us pick out a laptop that fit our needs and stay within our budget instead of just doing a bunch of repairs and charging us an arm and a leg to fix an outdated system.

The cost to diagnose the computer in the first place was very reasonable and fair. We just got our new laptop today and I will for sure bring it to this shop if it ever needs servicing.

Even delivers everything he says he will. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed.
