Andrew and Josh delivered as promised and went the extra mile to get our laptop rebuilt, configured and back up & running when our hard drive crashed and at very fair pricing in our opinion. Wonderful! My laptop wasn't charging well for weeks. I was preparing for the worst from the diagnostic. But it turned out to just be the wrong charger. This was all done within an hour. They were really kind of the whole situation. They are fair and I would recommend highly.

Brought my computer in about 3 weeks ago for repairs, i was back in the store the very next day told my computer is ready and working like never before. 3 weeks passed since ive brought it home and i have not had a single issue nor has the computer failed a single benchmark. the service here is phenomenal on top of friendly!

Arthur and his assistant are both excellent. Arthur has been to my house many times to fix my computer. He made my last computer and did a fantastic job but it's time for a new one, which I will get there. If you need work on your current computer or a new one you won't find anyone better than THE COMPUTER GUY.
