replaced my laptop screen when I shattered the orignal screen. He was able to get a replacement, but it came damaged. He called the manufacturer and they sent another screen, which also was broken. After the contacted the shipping company and complained about the damages, they made sure the next one came to him not damaged. I appreciate his diligence with the problem and the correction he made.
