I just had to write and thank you again (and your wonderful staff) for taking such prompt and successful action on Judge David M's computer. He was over the moon when I brought it back and showed him that all the programs, settings and data were exactly as he had left them before the hard drive crash.

I have worked with and referred Micromobile for close to 15 years! Out of all the people I've referred to Micromobile, I have not had one complaint.

Very friendly and helpful. I didn't want to spend to much so he didn't stay to long. Didn't solve everything but i did get answers and issues resolved or figured out. I finally got a wi fi router installed. I could never get one to work. I'm glad there around. For anybody concerned about the pandemic we both wore masks and he wore gloves. I tried to keep my distance just to help.

Had an outstanding experience with pc tech Nathan J. We were nervous about our first home services call, but he allayed our concerns right away. Nathan was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get our weird printer issue also fixed. Our virus is now gone and the pc is running better than ever. He configured the pc to optimize how it runs. I highly recommend this company and Nathan, very reasonable pricing.

My company highly recommended this place and after one repair I had to wait several weeks on direction for a second issue. Nathan was great when I had him on the phone but I've send emails and left voice messages that have gone unreturned while my computer sat unusable. Good computer repair companies are hard to find and after my first visit I was sure I had found one that I would stick with and recommend. Unfortunately after my latest experience of zero communication and zero customer service in terms of returning calls and emails I won't be coming back.

Please update your operating hours in Yelp. Yelp shows you open M-F until 5:30p. I arrived at 5p only to discover you close at 4:30p. As a customer that is both irritating and inconvenient.

I have used Micromobile for several years. One of their employees, Frank is great and knows what he is doing. However, there is a young man and young woman who answer the phone who have no idea what customer is or should be! On Monday, I left two messages early in the morning. No return phone call. When I called back a third time, I asked for Frank.

He told me that Frank was not in. I asked why no one returned my phone call and he really had no answer. He did not ask what needed to be fixed and basically just wanted to get off the phone. Frank did call me the next day and I shared what had happened. I also told Frank he should find another company to work for!

Better Late than never. My mother, Linda, dropped my Dell Inspiron Laptop off on 10/6/15 at 1034 am. I had my mother call me while she dropped it off so I could explain to the rep what the issue was. I explained to the rep that the power would not come on. The representative, (which was an older gentleman), said to let them dry it out and see if it was something spilled on it.

He said it should only take a few hours. I also asked him if my laptop is safe with them. I asked considering they didn't give my mom a ticket or anything showing they are holding it. The gentlemen mentioned a big company that they service all their computers for which satisfied me. The company starts with an "S". After reviewing there website I felt comfortable.

I have a print out of their promise and the way they work with the community. I called the rep back at 334 pm the same day. He said that the laptop motherboard was damaged. He asked if the laptop was still under warranty because it would be to expensive to replace the mother board. He said he would be able to save my hard drive. I asked the rep (which was the same older gentleman), if I could come by and get it in a few days after I spoke with my insurance company and Dell to see if they would be willing to replace the laptop. Dell said my warranty was already up.

I also reached out to Direct TV since I have a warranty on all of my electronics. Direct Tv said to put in a support ticket and they would address the situation. A few days later we went to retrieve the laptop - they said they didn't have it. I went over in detail with them on the circumstances above. My life is in that laptop. He asked us for a support ticket which was NEVER issued to my mother.

I have proof that they had my laptop. I thought I would give Angies list a chance to resolve this before I go to the police. I have all witnesses and phone call lists with proof of when I spoke with them. I built my business with that laptop. There is so much on there that isn't replaceable. I have went in there office, called and had my mother go up there multiple times.

They are telling me they NEVER had the laptop. I paid a lot of money for my laptop, but more importantly my company and business, taxes, etc is on there. I only want my laptop back.

Three Words. DON'T GO THERE! These guys had my laptop for 8 days and never called me. I went in to find out what was up and no productive work was completed. I left with my broken computer and went over to San Marcos and had it repaired.

I HAVE BEEN USING MICROMOBILE FOR SEVERAL YEARS, WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEIR SERVICE. I HAVE ORDERED COMPUTERS, SOFTWARE, PARTS TO MY EXISTING COMPUTERS. MICROMOBILE HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROMPTNESS, FIXING MY EMAIL MESSES. THE TECHNICIAN I USE IS FRANK, THERE ISN'T ANYTHING HE CAN'T FIX. Frank is the man for your computer problems. He is very bright & always does his best. This review is quite late. We have used Micromobile for over 5 years for all our computer needs. Appreciate how they accommodate our schedule every time.

Had Micromobile come out due to Windows 10 problems. One computer would not load mail the other would not wake up. Support tech spent reset both computer to reload back to Windows 7. Said both computers would come back up normal within a short time and left. Both computers never came back up (4 hours later). Called and talked to a different tech said I could bring both computers in and he would check them for $79 an hour.

I already paid $119 for nothing. Asked if he could have the first tech call me back, was told he could not get through to the first tech. I ended up calling there competitor. They not only walked me through the needed corrections on both computers to restore them 100 percent but did not charge me (Their techs are Microsoft Certified). I would NOT recommend Micromobile for anything related to Windows software problems as this seems to be above their expertise.

I have been to this place twice and both times have been very pleased with the result. The owner is very friendly and helpful as well as his son who also works there. I love their policy: $39 if they can fix the problem in under 30 minutes. They always notified me to let me decide before they did anything. This way they don't surprise you with a fee for something you didn't want. I would definitely recommend this place.

When we come here, our experience is either decent or unprofessional. The place just isn't professional. But when they actually do fix something, they do a good job and for a decent price. There's not a whole lot of places in Escondido to choose from.

Went here to fix my PS3. Paid $20 only to have them tell me they don't reflow PS3's. Stay away from these ripoff artists.

After they spent time making the right diagnosis, they told me that my motherboard needed replacing. Cort recommended I replace the computer, rather than spend $ on the dead one. I bought a refurbished computer with XP on it, so I can run all my older software programs. Cort recovered my data and placed it onto the new, refurbished computer. It was worth every penny to me, to be able to make and informed decision, based on an accurate diagnosis, and also have my data back, as well. They have a positive attitude at Micro Mobile. The day we all dread - when your computer stops working. Nooooooooo! My situation was one of those where I knew it was seriously f*cked, but I was hoping someone could save my files because I hadn't back anything up in over a year. I did a pretty thorough Google search for computer repair near Oceanside, called around and chose Micromobile. They are listed with the BBB and I found a couple of positive reviews on other sites.

Plus the price was right. So I left my precious machine in their hands, and for $39 they did a diagnostics. They figured out what happened, and called to say that it probably wasn't worth it to get it fixed, and I would be better off replacing it. As much as it sucked to hear that, I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to say they could fix it, and $1000 later say its fixed only for it to do it all over again!

So for another $130 they pulled what they could off my hard drive - it wasn't much, but it was better than nothing! And in less than a week, I had my tower back, with the hard drive separate. They were very free with advice, friendly and punctual. I hope I never have to use their services again, but I will if I do!
